Dear Bojangles Team,
I just wanted to take a moment to share how much I absolutely adore your restaurant. Bojangles holds a special place in my heart, and without a doubt, it is my favorite restaurant in the world.
From the moment I walk through the door, I know I’m in for a meal that’s consistently delicious, comforting, and satisfying. The signature seasoning on your chicken is simply unmatched—crispy, flavorful, and always cooked to perfection. The biscuits are heavenly, buttery, and light, and they never fail to impress, whether paired with fried chicken, a biscuit sandwich, or just enjoyed on their own.
Not to mention the variety of sides. The seasoned fries are my go-to, but I can’t resist the creamy mac & cheese or the hearty, flavorful dirty rice. Every item on your menu speaks to the quality and thoughtfulness that goes into every dish. It’s not just fast food; it’s made with care and love, and that makes all the difference.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere in your restaurants is always warm and welcoming, making every visit feel like a treat. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and it’s clear that they care about creating an enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Bojangles, you have earned a loyal fan for life. Thank you for consistently serving up some of the best comfort food out there. I’ll always choose Bojangles, and I’m proud to tell anyone who’ll listen just how amazing your food is.
Keep doing what you’re doing—you’re truly the best!
Warmest regards, Arianna...
Read moreWent through drive thru placed a quick order of borounds with ketchup as it’s a favorite for the kiddos. We don’t come through here often but as a treat I thought it would be nice. We paid and were asked to wait 5 mins, which was fine. I asked to take the condiment’s whilst we park up and wait. The lady said ‘we don’t have ketchup, so I politely asked for a refund…… kids love them boroughs and ketchup! In my mind it wasn’t a big deal. A lady in a black uniform aggressively approached the window and asked if I needed anything…… and I again politely asked for a refund. I handed her my card she handed it back and shut the window. No ‘thank you’ or polite have a nice day and no receipt. So I had to make eye contact with a staff member and the same lady comes over whilst I was asking another member of staff for a receipt. She again aggressively said ‘you need something?’ The other member of staff hands me my receipt and the lady says ‘why you got to be holding up my drive through!? …… sweetheart I was the only one in line, your rudeness is a true blossom of your character, if you are not happy in your job, find another one! It wasn’t meant to be a difficult request! Time to act the age you are and be nice to people even if it...
Read moreUPDATE Someone from the Guest Experience office reached out to me and we have been in communication about my recent visit. I appreciate the response I have received and the offer to make this right. I will give them another chance to show they have learned from this experience. I did drive thru and brought the food home. I ordered a 3 Wing Meal with biscuit & Mashed Potato’s. The 3 wings were the smallest I have ever seen. It had 1 viable piece of meat on the bone . This was a huge rip off. The 3 wings were so small I couldn’t even make a meal from it. We laughed that the wing must’ve been from a baby chick and not a full grown chicken. The other item we ordered was 3 piece tenders. They were cold and a thick layer of breading and very little meat. The biscuit had a greasy taste. We were so disappointed in the quality of the food for what we paid. I wish we had checked our order before we left the restaurant and drove home. We wasted $22.12 on inedible food. I should have gotten back in my car and drove all the way back and demanded my money back. What a waste. And in this day and age when we are all living on tight budgets we couldn’t afford to waste money on food we...
