On 6/16, I showed up about 9:30 pm w/no other customers ahead of me waiting when I proceeded to make my order. I was told immediately there was a 15 min wait on all meats, after being acknowledged at all several minutes later of my arrival to drive thru ordering intercom speaker, then when I drove to the window the man working the drive thru register said, sorry " I'm having one of those days ". * Reading the previously left comments, it would appear everyday for the paying customer & employee is a " bad day ". After pulling off to the parking lot to wait for my order, again by this time verifying no one with an order ahead of me was visibly in any wait process. Nor were there any customers in the lobby, however I what I did learn was there were 3 employees working. And everything, despite my thinking what I ordered would in the very least be fresh, it was cold or under cooked=gross! In the past around the same time-10 pm, when attempting to make an order are told that they have limited already prepared ( old & overcooked ) items only available for purchase. And this location closes at 12 am?Never fails, every transaction or interaction has been a disappointment. *Employees are rude and rush the customer out/away, as if they don't want to do their job or care less about the customer at all. That the customer is somehow interrupting their social outlet. God forbid, you ask for any sauces to accommodate applicable paid for food items. Oh...and ice cream, do they actually sell ice cream, be it cones or shakes? Because their machines are always down. As a local to this BK, as is my family..something truly needs to change with this location. *I'm a pretty understanding and seldom complain as a person, but the service and state of food when purchased is the poorest I've ever experienced ever or anywhere in various states !! We're all experiencing hard times in one way or another. *Many folks who are out of work, would be grateful for an employment opportunity, which reflects in the quality of service the paying customer receives. And would be happy for a job, taking pride in their work and show by their work ethic, they want to be there ! Please...
Read moreSo, normally I don’t have any problems here. The food is pretty good and fresh, people are nice enough, but this time I went and I spent $10 on a meal and asked for a ranch because I prefer that with my french fries (Yes, I know I’m weird) but the lady at the pickup said she had to charge me. I was flabbergasted and she said gave me plenty of ketchup. I smiled and said, “Thank you but I just prefer ranch.“ She was nice enough but still said that she would have to charge my 27 cents. I laughingly asked if it wasn’t included in the meal, trying to be breezy about it, and she again said, “No, sorry, I have to charge you 27 cents.” So I gave up and looked in my wallet and saw my coin purse was empty and remembered & explained that I just gave away all my change to the Salvation Army and thought she might just give one to me after she asked how many I wanted. I told her I just needed one, but she still held out her hand. SMH. Really?!? I looked all over my car and scrounged just enough to buy that single cup of ranch but just thought that whole thing was ridiculous!! I don’t know what happened to common sense and basic customer service? Would 1 cup of ranch really have mattered that much when normally they fill your bag with condiments you don’t even ask for? Could we make a “condiments exchange program” and maybe I’ll give you back the 5 packets of ketchup I didn’t want or ask for in exchange for the one condiment I did actually want?? Just saying. Lol. Maybe just have a balance with people or don’t give customers quite such a hard time about something so simple. Ask people if they want condiments and provide 1 per order and charge for extra. I didn’t know BK was that bad off. Like I said, normally a great place to stop by, but today’s customer service was an absolute fail. Update: after I opened the hard-to-get ranch and tried some it was sour and bitter, and it really did NOT taste right. So, I guess that was the Universe’s way of telling me that I shouldn’t have had ranch with my...
Read moreWell now I know why they have no people at this restaurant. They left the lobby unlocked so I came into order and their manager cussed out the sweet old lady upfront and without speaking to me once and started cussing about being drive thru only because she has no staff. I can't imagine why you have no employees, couldn't possibly be due to your lack of manners. You could have easily smiled and said I'm sorry ma'am but we're drive thru only at the moment and I would have just went through the drive thru, but instead, you cussed out your ONLY employee and were an absolute jerk. Your drive thru was and is almost always empty morning, noon, and night anyways because nobody wants to deal with this location anymore, except for the few customers who are ok with waiting and give you patience and understanding, Usually because we work retail too and try not to take it out on you. So instead of showing a regular customer that you know is kind to you any sort of respect, you showed out like a child, disrespected me, and the ONLY person who showed up to work. As a manager myself, I can't stress enough how disgusted I am with you for treating the ONLY person who was loyal and dedicated enough to show up and support you, as terribly as you did. Now you have another person that gave up on this place and likely one...
