Starbucks — Restaurant in Temple

10/12 Okay gave you guys another shot. I ordered a karma machiato of which they had to take the lid back off and add the carmel as I watched the cashier place her hand completely over the lid of which the customer drinks from. I have a real issue with sanitary measures not being followed. It is one thing to be the person who makes a drink putting the lid back on it's another thing somebody who's handling money and at the window putting a lid back on and covering up the entire lid and spreading germs. You have completely lost this customer. Drink is terrible undrinkable.

9/27 thought I would give 2nd chance...no change. Customer service is just obnoxious to point of rude. Diane, please just listen to the customer.

Came here for a pit stop while traveling north on I35, and this was the most disastrous starbucks I have ever seen. 40 minute backup on drinks, line for the bathroom going out the door and unapologetic baristas. Maybe give people a warning before taking their order that their drink is going to take 40 minutes instead of 4. You are on a main stretch of a travel hub and it is safe to assume your customers are in somewhat of a hurry. If I had known, I would've politely declined and went about my day.

This store is located at the north end of Temple, TX and is across the road from the Buckee's travel plaza. Ingress and egress is pretty straight forward in terms of access to the roadway. The line for the drive-thru can be more challenging for large pick-up trucks, as it has a tight bend. Dually trucks might end up driving over the curbing. Trucks pulling a trailer can find ample space along the side roads to park and walk into the store, and then get back on the main roadways without needing to make complex maneuvers.
