Central Pizza — Restaurant in Tennessee

I don't even think even one star is appropriate. This place is dysfunctional as all get out. Called 10 minutes after they had opened up, placed my order and they said 40 minutes you'll have your pizza. Almost 2 hours after I had called I finally got my order. They don't deliver to my house so I had to meet the driver at a local store. He called me asked me where I was at I told him. He was at the wrong store. When he got my pizza to me finally, he told me that he was told the opposite store to go to as from where I was at. This makes about the 3rd or 4th time I've had to wait well over an hour or longer to get my food. There was a couple of times it was over 2 hours until I got my food. I have called the store and placed a complaint with the manager and owner. Hopefully for their sake they will get things corrected. If not I don't see them being in business much longer. As for myself I will not buy another pizza from Central Pizza. To much poor, very poor service recently has left a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. Pitiful. Just plain pitiful.

Ordered my food for delivery. The food came at a reasonable time but the quality of the pizza was worst that I've ever gotten from there. While it tasted okay, not like when I previously have eaten here. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and some ranch style bread sticks. One of the pizzas was fine. The other pizza was sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was cooked and I guess they forgot the sausage so they literally just sprinkled the sausage over the top. When you tried to eat, the sausage would just FALL OFF bc it wasn't actually cooked to the pizza. The ranch style bread sticks only had cheese in the middle of the entire thing and they forgot the marinara which I specifically ordered. So I’m super aggravated, yet again with this place and the “new owners.” Almost every time I have ordered from them my food has been incorrect. I ordered two 12 inch blt’s one with no mayo, both extra bacon and an order of their cheese bread. I’m assuming they changed their blt and didn’t let anyone know? I ordered EXTRA bacon & I paid for it but yet again didn’t receive it. Cheese wasn’t on either sub and they didn’t even cut them in half, I had to. The cheese bread literally smelled like old cheese so much so I couldn’t even eat it. It’s amazing how often I use to eat there with NO issues. I’ll never order from here again.
