I placed an order for a pizza and was informed that the delivery would arrive within a 30-minute window. However, I was shocked to find that it took an hour and 20 minutes for the pizza to finally reach my doorstep. This delay was completely unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.
To make matters worse, upon receiving the delivery, I discovered that several items I had ordered were missing. This was a clear oversight on your part, as I had not been informed of any missing items during the multiple phone calls I made inquiring about the status of my delivery. When I requested to speak to a manager, the individual I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional and refused to provide me with his name. He claimed that attempts had been made to contact me regarding the missing items, despite the fact that I had called twice and was never informed of any issues.
Furthermore, when I requested a refund for the incomplete order, I was informed that I would have to physically visit the restaurant to receive a food refund, with no mention of a cash refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service is highly disappointing and does not align with the level of professionalism I expect from a reputable establishment.

Read moreUpdate 6/9/24: They recently added New York Style crust as an option for their medium pizzas. This was only for large pizzas previously. So now it's available on the $6.99 carry out deal. In my opinion this makes their best tasting pizza.
Update 7/9/22: Ordered online, email and store receipt both verify order placed at 7:05 pm. Arrived at store to pick up pizzas at 7:25 pm and was told it would be an hour before they were ready because they were "slammed" with orders. Returned at 8:27 pm and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Finally received pizzas at 8:53 pm; an one hour and 48 minutes wait! Totally unacceptable! I've changed my 5 star rating to 1 star. The pizzas remained excellent as in previous visits. Wait times in all previous visits were always between 15 and 20 minutes. I interacted with 4 different staff members during this ordeal and received zero apologies for the long delay in my order. I wasn't the only one as every customer in front of me each time was being told of the long wait time. I witnessed 2 different customers going into angry rampages arguing with the staff over the delays. One was told that they had 30 orders to prepare before they could start hers and this was her 3rd trip back after being told 20 more minutes in her first two attempts at picking up her order. If this customer was armed I'm sure I would have witnessed a mass shooting instead of the yelling. This store needs immediate attention from district/regional and/or national management!

The young lady at the counter is pleasant, takes my payment, and tells me it will be 4 minutes. No biggie, the online system just pulled the trigger a little fast.
It is now 29 minutes later and I am still waiting on my order. In this time, I watched a manager-type berate the line employees for having to "throw away 2 pizzas because there were no boxes prepped." This is ridiculous. 1. You don't discipline employees in front of customers. 2. Why would you throw away prepped food instead of trying to figure out who it is for? This is not a one and done comment, but goes on and on. It is clearly unfair to the line employees, and uncomfortable for the patrons having to watch.
I finally ask what the delay is on MY order and am told they just finish one and don't know what happened to the other pizza. I find it odd the 2 pizzas were thrown away and now I have 2 pizzas 30 minutes late and say as much to the employee making my pies, but he tells me that the discarded ones were not mine.
