Just drive into Elizabethton if you want good coffee.

I realize that good help is hard to find but this place is always ridiculous. There's someone new every week and no one ever knows where my order is, what my order was, or how to make it.

This morning someone brought my food out of the back rolling their eyes, acting like doing the basics of their job was such a chore, like she didn't want to be there.

If you don't want to be there, take off. Let someone work who wants to just perform the basics.

I realize this place probably pays the bare minimum wage but come on. Offer a dollar or two more per hours and attract a better sort of folk.

It's never not amateur hour. If you are in a hurry or if you want your coffee the way you asked for it the first time, avoid avoid avoid.

I used to love coming up to the Dunkin Near my house in Hampton, I have come in on a number of occasions around 8:30pm to get some coffee and the employee sitting around. When I walked up to ask for my coffee they ask hot or ice? I tell them hot the response is the same. We can't make hot coffee because we just cleaned. I am understanding and I came up again tonight and when I asked for hot coffee the girl huff and Puff sign sounds this is absolutely ridiculous the way customers are treated this day and time I will not return obviously I can spend my money elsewhere I'm getting the hint I'm not welcome there so I guess I will find a better spot to get my late...

It is ok sometimes... IMHO often the coffee is so bitter to the point of not liking it at all. Even if I get lots of stuff put in it. But I know some people love Dunkin'. The donuts are Great some days but no so much on others. Hit and miss. I wish they had their donuts stored in an enclosed glass case to keep more of the air out so they would not DRY OUT.
