McDonald's — Restaurant in Tennessee

Wow, so I go through the drive-thru at around 9:45 am at the Ocoee Mcdonalds and told my order to each person/window I came into contact with (2) of the $2.50 chicken biscuits with a large vanilla cappuccino.

I get to the window and get handed a small cappuccino (the receipt said medium, but I ordered a large. I said it multiple times) and was told that the small was their large. A flat-out lie. I asked for a refund because i wanted my money back. I don’t have $5 to spend on a small cappuccino. They handed me 2 sausage biscuits (I ordered chicken) and poured the small cappuccino into a large cup and handed that to me cold and nasty. I still only got a small cappuccino transferred to a large.

I called the store to tell them and I was hung up on when I asked to speak to a manager so i called back thinking it was an accident and the line disconnected, no, they didn't answer when i called back three more times back to back. I needed to speak to the manager while it was happening because I handed the girl back my receipt because i was half asleep but i have my entire order as proof. Ive worked in customer service for 15 years so this is hard to even post. This is the worst service I’ve ever had the dissatisfaction of experiencing. Im not eating this because I have a food allergy and I’m just appalled at the situation I was experienced.

This place is the most un professional place customer service is complete disgusting. I went in for a ice coffee as I do 4 to 6 times a DAY! I spend 5 dollars a drink and the STORE MANAGER decides hes gonna treat me like dirt in front of a lobby full of people. All because k ask for a x large cup. The machine is not set up for an x large and that's not why I ask for a xl cup I always get a xl cup bc I like to add extra ice. So one of the other managers who knows I come in numerous times a day was making my drink and THE STORE MANAGER WALKS OVER DUMPS OUT WHAT THE LADY HAD STARTED AND I ASKED HIM NICELY to please not throw away my cup and he picks it up slams in to the garbage can anyways and starts talking to me like a dog stating he was the store manager and what he says goes. So while he is treating me this way and makes my dri k he didmt even put the caramel sweetener in it and it was straight espresso and milk. He then tells me the supervisor over him is around the corner. So I walk over to speak to her and the man is still popping off smart comments. I will never go back to this location and I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't do business...

This place just gets worse and worse, their floors were filthy and behind the counter was food, trash and stuff on the floor, the employees are not very clean or presentable, no glove or hair nets, been going there since they opened, used to be a nice clean restaurant, friendly clean workers and food was fresh and hot.They have messed up my order the last several times we have been there...there is always people who appear to be employees standing talking to other in the lobby,a guy in a red vest who I assume is in management is sometimes there and not making sure they are cleaning or improving the appearance, some of the employees are real rude and roll their eyes when you have to return because they messed up your order...due to that and mostly to the nastiness that it always seems to be in we won't be going back there until they clean it up and make their employees be clean and presentable not like they have just got out of bed and slept in the same uniform for 3 or 4 days...like I said it has just gotten real bad in the last 6 months or so! Won't be...
