I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your location at 3675 Southwind Cove, Memphis, TN 38125. I placed an order online, and it was delivered by DoorDash. However, the order was incorrect, and I received the wrong items.
I took the incorrect order back to the store in hopes of having my order remade. Upon arriving, I spoke with a manager named Joshua, who, to my disappointment, was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive of the situation. When I asked if my order could be corrected and remade, he informed me that this was not possible. Instead, he offered me only a partial refund of $10, despite my total order amount being $37.
I was left standing there, ignored, as Joshua acted as if my concerns were not important. His behavior was completely unprofessional, and it is unacceptable that I was not given proper customer service. Not only was I denied the correct order, but I was also unable to get a full refund for the food I did not receive. The Door dash deliverer ended up bringing the order back to the store saying that he delivered my order to the wrong address and even with the delivery person saying that i was still denied a remake of my food or a complete refund.
This experience was incredibly frustrating, and it is disappointing to see that a business with such a well-known name has such poor customer service. The pizza was intended for my children, and they were left without a meal because of this issue. This situation should never happen to any customer.
I am requesting a full refund of the $37 I spent on my order, as I did not receive the correct items or any proper resolution to the issue. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and ensure that no other customers experience the same poor service. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I order from this Pizza Hut location every week, only to be met with such poor service. I got a text claiming that my order had been sent out at 9:36.
