Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Tennessee

This restaurant needs to close down the food was horrible and by horrible I mean I was given over cooked chicken and fries!! You couldn’t even eat the fries or attempt unless you wanted a few missing teeth!!! There was like a handful of fries that was decent! The chicken was over done you can tell when you can’t eat the outside but let alone the white meat of the breast was hard! We were on our way to Gatlinburg the reason we stopped here and if I wasn’t trying to make it to our destination I would of did a u turn but we were already traveling from Alabama and was ready to get to our destination! The workers was rushing to take the order I’m thinking we about to get some good food I opened the boxes before I left and everything was hot as in steam but once we got on the road and made our plates we noticed how sorry it was! Definitely need new cooks!! Ridiculous paid almost $30 ish for some crap! It went into our hotel trash! Never have I had Popeyes...

I dont like to give bad reviews... but here is one.

Love Popeye's.... The lady that took my order was super friendly. The manager on duty, Avery, different story. Rude and hateful. I understand people have bad days, but when I'm nice, I expect the same in return. He gave the wrong sauces and when questioned, he was quick to say he would have to charge for any more sauces. He wouldn't exchange them and he walked away. The fries were cold and old... and when asked for fresh ones... you would have thought I asked for combination to the safe. He almost dropped the fry spatula from hitting the fry tray and almost threw the bag over the counter at me. If I ever wanted to throat punch someone... it would be him. Very unlikely that I will ever eat at this Popeyes again. $26.00 may not mean much to him, but that expensive to be...

CAUTION!NOT ALL EMPLOYEES WEAR A MASK OR PRACTICE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS* We went to the Popeyes on Watt Road last night and the shift manager at the cash register was NOT wearing a mask. Most employees had a mask on, but many weren't wearing their mask to cover their nose, which does not do any good. Look, the food is really good, but we can't patronize an establishment where the managment doesn't even care for the safety of their customers. There's no excuse for such blatant disregard of people's safety. A simple step of wearing a mask can protect and mitigate transmission and infection risks for you & others. We can't go to a place where they don't care about exercising simple precautions that may profoundly effect people's lives. It simply is not worth the risk. WE WILL...
