We were in the area and decided to try this restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised. The best part was the service. Our waitress was AMAZING. We started with bread and olive oil. We got the Sicilian Calamari for an appetizer. Flavor was good, but the app wasn't great. The kids got the children's pizzas which also came with a dessert (cookie or ice cream). I ordered the Cappellini Special, which the waitress suggested taking away the tomatoes, adding sun-dried tomatoes and capers. Delizioso! My wife ordered the Chicken Verona. Also good. The prices when we got there were a little bit higher than the menu online, but still very good. They just need to update their website. Would have loved to have some tiramisu for dessert but when we got there (before dinner time) we heard them saying that it was gone 😞 If we are ever in the area again I will be sure to come back. Definitely suggest going here if you have not been.

I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and had them add a breaded and fried piece of chicken to the dish. That was very delicious. The bread and the oil that they served before the meal was OK, but they were both cold. The bread was fresh, but it was just like an ordinary loaf from the supermarket. Similarly with the oil, it was fresh with maybe some parsley in it, but they definitely could jazz it up a little bit to make it more flavorful. I also got the layered chocolate cake and it was also average. The server seemed to forget about me towards the end of the meal and someone else had to come and clear my dishes and get the bill for me. So five stars for the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, but only about 3 1/2 to 4 stars for the bread and oil and layered chocolate cake.

Good food and friendly service! I had the feeling I was welcomed inside somebody's house for dinner 🍽️. I liked the way the inside was decorated. Frank Sinatra played quietly over the speakers. I had the Chicken Piccata with angel 😇 hair pasta. Unsweetened iced tea with lemon was my drink. The Tiramisu was tasty and I've never had it with chocolate on top 🔝. Prices are reasonable and portions were good 👍. I am going to recommend a visit.

Capellini's has been a go-to restaurant for several years with very good pizza and Italian food in a nice setting. Unfortunately, our last few experiences have not been good. Several weeks ago we went there for pizza (before 7 pm) only to be told they were out of pizza dough. I guess that can happen, but shouldn't. The explanation was, "the word is out, everyone wants our pizza." On our last visit my wife and I ordered two different pizzas, to be split with half of each served there and the remaining halves boxed to take home. We also ordered a Caesar salad to share. This was a Sunday evening, no snow, and there were only 4 other customers in the restaurant...it was before 7 pm and NOT busy. After waiting more than 15 minutes we asked the waitress about our salad, only to be told she forgot to place the order with the kitchen. Our pizzas arrived next, two halves as requested, but the halves were not sliced. As we struggled to slice our pizza, our waitress returned, informed us that the kitchen was out of Caesar dressing, and asked if we wanted a different salad. We did not want anything at that point! (Do I see a trend here?) Pizza toppings were always meager so I order double toppings. That didn't seem to help as toppings were again meager. What's more, the crust on the relatively small pizza has gotten wider and wider so there isn't all that much room for toppings. I felt short changed. Rather than go public with my concerns, I emailed the restaurant about several of the above issues. I didn't even receive an "I'm sorry"; therefore, I have elected to go public since it isn't clear that anything will improve and customers should know what could happen. Note: This review is based on facts rather than opinions. With a little attention to detail, this could once again be the fine neighborhood restaurant...

The food was good and they followed covid precautions it was not over crowded we went to two other restaurants and both were over crowded first longhorn located at 1900 Andover street in tewkesbury massachusetts which was a hour wait they were over crowded and no spots available to park in the parking lot then we went to luna rossa located at 1699 shawsheen street they were at 80 to 90 percent capacity no one had on mask because they were at there tables and I waited 15 minutes to find a parking spot in the parking lot I was lucky enough to get a spot at the bar and walked out in under 1 minute "over 120 people easily in there" covid-19 is real Capellini's was not over crowded food was good and it was safe to do indoor dining I give them 5 stars and two thumbs up food and covid precautions hopefully you found this...
