Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tewksbury

This Duncan is by far one of the worst I've ever been to. Every single time I come here my order is incorrect and I have a long way to head of me no matter what even if there's no one else there for some reason lol. Today I ordered a medium iced coffee with no sugar and three cream in an order of loaded hash browns. After a 17 minute wait in the Drive-Thru I got my food and coffee and pulled off I took one sip and I instantly realized it was made incorrectly. The coffee had what seemed to be like five or six creams and it had sugar. I was already late so I had to leave I decided to eat my food instead and try to get a coffee somewhere else later on, after one bite the cheese on the loaded hash brown was ice cold which completely ruined it so after spending almost 20 minutes and $9 I can't eat or drink the food or coffee I received. I was also met at the window with attitude by the server like I was putting her day off by just being a customer. It's like this every time I come here something is made incorrectly in the staff sucks. They just seem to be very lazy and lethargic... I don't get it if you don't want to work with customers then don't get a job and customer service they need to fire everybody that works there and start from scratch or management needs to be present and really buckle down because this is the worst Duncan hands down and I highly recommend anyone go anywhere else even if it's out of your way before coming here. Sorry for the long rant I'm just aggravated once again and I go to hundreds of duncans all over the state for my job and this one...

Trust me, go to the dunkin across the street that's attached to the Mobil gas station. Way better experience.

≈April 2023 I've come here many times before. It is a hit or miss. Sometimes the service and food is good, sometimes it is not. I just went to get a dunkin refresher and 2 egg and cheese wake-up wraps, and they handed me the refresher right away, but then they did not realize that I ordered the food as well. I mentioned that I had two wake up wraps then the person at the window seemed irritated. I then waited for over 5 minutes, where I was handed my two wake-up wraps and told that the first two were burned. As shown in the picture, this is what one of the wake-up wraps looked like...

Update Feb 28. 2024 After coming back for a while, it continued to be hit or miss. Many times where my order was incorrect. But today takes the cake.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant for $5.29 and a medium hot midnight coffee with 3 butter pecan pumps and oatmilk for 2.79. What I got is insane. I will provide pictures below. I got a medium black coffee and a bacon and cheese croissant with no egg! The workers did not even ask me if I wanted something else (if they ran out of egg) or anything. I have ordered from here a lot and I think today was my last time coming back....

Easily the worst location I've ever been to. I work nearby and have given them enough chances but today was the final straw. I waited at the speaker for several minutes and was only adressed after I asked "hello" multiple times. I was told they wete busy and I would have to wait.
