Placed an online order at 10:15pm. Waited until 10:30pm to call and check on my order since I did not receive an alert message or update on the online tracker. The female that answered the phone answered it "Domino's we're closed". Which caught me off guard since online it states your open til 1am. I then said to her so I wont' be getting my order I placed 15min ago. She stated that it was in the oven and were waiting for it to be picked so they can close. I explained to her that I did not receive any alerts but I will send one of my guys to pick it up. Which I finally did receive an alert only after I called to check on the order. When my guy returned I asked how it went and he explained the lady at the counter was rude and pushed him out as fast as possible. He was not given a bag for the soda until he asked and did not assist him to the car with the order since it was 8 large pies and liters of soda as they were in a hurry to close. We did not receive our whole order. We were shorted 1 2liter bottle of coke which I could not call about since they closed immediately after the order was picked up. This is always an issue at this location. I work at Home Depot on the overnight shift and several of my associates order at this location frequently since it is the only place to order from at late hour. Delivery is rarely an option, hours of operation are never the same as online and when they pick up there order service is consistently rude. I'm not sure how this location is still open since a lot of other reviews have the...
Read moreDo not go to this Domino's. They update their time line to show that the food was finished alot sooner then food was actually finished just to meet their franchise requirements.. Then make my order in pieces while making other orders that were ordered after my order. Employees have attitude when coming back in after they said food would be finished at (x) time. Them be told we need to wait another 15 minutes. Mind you we put our order in 1 hour before as.to give them time... As I still sit here in the parking lot and watch vehicle after vehicle pick uo their orders. Asked a few customers, which they stated they only ordered 20 minutes ago. The manager won't hire anymore crew to handle these issues so he can recieve his "Monthly Bonus" while asking delivery drivers to do extra work for no extra pay... Something needs to be done with this location. Maybe a new manager who isn't a greedy low life scum bucket.. Food quality was the lowest of any Domino's I have ever ate at most likely due to more then half of it being dried out because of making our order in pieces while one of the pizzas also cold...... Corporate will be called... Manager needs to be fired.. Never again will I spend my hard earned cash at this place.. $52 Dollar order for it to be dried like it sat in a warmer for 30 minutes......
Read moreIf I could give half a star I would. This is my third order from this location where something was missing. The first couple were food items. This was a 2 liter soda that the store representative actually had the stones to tell me it was my son's responsibility to get the soda because they are too busy to check orders. Two things here: First, if you are too busy to check orders you won't be busy for long because that's how things will (and have on every order I've placed) get screwed up. Second, they even checked the receipt while my son was there so don't tell me it's our responsibility when you actually looked at the order and verified it. I've ordered from other establishments and never had one tell me after leaving an order for a soda that is my responsibility to get it. They were kind enough to give me a $5 credit, but I'm not sure if I could bring myself to order food from an establishment that tells me it's my responsibility to verify my order is complete. Sorry, in my honest opinion that is your job. If you aren't claiming responsibility for soda them make sure your website lists soda available for delivery only because when i order a soda I expect to get a soda. Not a good experience since this...
