It's our first time trying to eat a Honduran meal from a food truck.
Our 1st order is beef carne con tajadas. The beef is savor with a good marinade and has good portions of it. The plate also consists of refried beans, fresh picco de gallo, baked banana plantains, a slice of cheese, sour cream, and pickled pink onions.
Our 2nd order is carne molida con tajadas. It has cooked ground beef, diced potatoes and carrots, loaded baked banana plantains, sour cream sauce with cheese, and pickled pink onions.
For drinks, we had the banana soda.
Both plates that we ordered had a sizable amount of serving, and the food is tasty and delicious.
