Antojitos Hondureños — Restaurant in Texas

It's our first time trying to eat a Honduran meal from a food truck.

Our 1st order is beef carne con tajadas. The beef is savor with a good marinade and has good portions of it. The plate also consists of refried beans, fresh picco de gallo, baked banana plantains, a slice of cheese, sour cream, and pickled pink onions.

Our 2nd order is carne molida con tajadas. It has cooked ground beef, diced potatoes and carrots, loaded baked banana plantains, sour cream sauce with cheese, and pickled pink onions.

For drinks, we had the banana soda.

Both plates that we ordered had a sizable amount of serving, and the food is tasty and delicious.

Super good food I’m not gonna lie. But the staff is rude especially the man taking orders. The new lady’s working there are okay. They also need to work on taking the orders appropriately. Most of the times the order is wrong or are not given out in the order received. Other than that food is delicious. But service is also important. We went to this place on a recommendation from the mechanic that was fixing our car. It absolutely did not disappoint 👏🏾. We all had baleadas, and they were so good.
