Do not recommend at all. I was excited to try it. When I got there it was not packed. I took a seat and we order our drinks and took a minute to look at the menu. We asked the waiter for recommendations and she didn’t even know what came with the plates. So we just decided to try whatever. She took our order and left, then came back a while later with the drinks( agua de sandia and a horchata) we tried our drinks and the sandia was good but when I tried the horchata, I did not like it. It was watered down and had chunks of whatever in it. I barely drank anything and asked if I could switch it. She left to tell a guy and he came back. We tried to address the situation and he immediately told me I was wrong and it was good. He then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for a whole other drink and the one I was not going to drink. So I got up and left. By the time we were leaving they were coming with the plates. And I’m glad I decided to leave because i would’ve been even more disappointed with the food. Looked bland and very small portioned. Horrible customer service. How are you going make me drink something I don’t like and tell me something is good when it’s not. We left a comment on the TikTok as well and he replied bashing us. Read moreThey promote online ordering services on their social media. I placed an online order and received a confirmation and email. When I get there the guy said their machine for online orders was off and that this was done when they were busy. Therefore the order shouldn’t have gone through. I showed him the receipts and everything he said I should have called to confirm my order to which I told him no where in the screen did it say to call to confirm my order because if it did, I would have. Then I would have saved myself a drive. He said that was not their fault that that’s what they were told when obtaining the machine for online orders, to which I made the suggestion maybe they should post online when they aren’t accepting online orders to save people the time and trouble. Read moreI had high hopes for this place me and my family drove almost 1hr to try this place because I've seen there tiktoks ...But I'm sadden to say I was disappointed.. 1st service was lacking especially because there was just 3 other families eating there when we got there and server took long to attend us.... Food presentation is on point I gotta say that but like people say don't judge a book by its cover. Food was lacking flavor and we ordered a little bit of everything...and honestly the only thing we liked were the oysters preparados. We complained that when my husband got his michelada a fly had gotten in it he didn't even drink from it and we still got charged for it so he paid $13 dollars for a michelada that he couldn't even drink .
