The food truck has a very nice aesthetic look to it which is what made me drawn to trying this place out. I was not disappointed! I tried the queso birria tacos it comes with 4 tacos salsa verde, salsa roja, consume,cilantro, lime,and onions on the side for I believe it was around $11-$12. The meal was very delicious and flavorful my only complaint would be that the salsa comes in tiny bags, I like to drown my food in salsa lol I don’t think this will prevent me from coming back though. Found this place nearby as we searched for a quick bite. Have visited a handful of times now. The food is full of flavor, and the ladies attending the truck are friendly. We've tried the birria tacos, ramen birria, burritos, and aguas frescas. While the ramen wasn't my favorite, it was packed with flavor (no caldo or consome).
