After eating at this establishment on August 3rd and doing a survey that you get off of the receipt. I received an email offer to obtain a free burger with a purchase of large drink...tell me why the front is closed when nobody was in the parking lot. I understand it's slow n whatnot but both times I came here the drive through was short and the customer service was good. My main issue is that I came today and the lady at the drive through window couldn't help/ assist me on making an order to use this promotion bc she spoke NO English, very little English, enough to say and understand that she couldn't hold a conversation with me to assist me on my order. So how could she help me with my issue if there is a language barrier for comprehension of the task I am requesting. SMH so yeah if you are an English speaker stay away from here or go to another location. Spanish speakers only. Is the sign they should have on their windows. Poor...

Came to this location the evening of March 16th and ordered a burger combo with jalapeños and bacon. The total was slightly high for a fast food restaurant however it looked like it would be worth the $9 was about to spend. When I made it home I realized what I received was something that falls on there $4 menu, a small burger with no bacon no jalapeños and a weird cream sauce. I called that same night trying to reach someone for a remade order, no answer. Called the next day, I spoke to a female who told me I could come back that day. I’m actually only making it today Mar 18th and the manager on duty has informed me I wouldn’t be able to get the order remade and also they don’t have a “$9 combo, the big burger it’s $10+”. Please make sure if your order is not correct, go the very same day and get it replaced. Food was great customer service was very poor. The ladies shoved the food at me did not ask me if I needed condiments which I did. Fries where very cold and little pieces of curly fries no whole ones at all.. I asked for a large drink received a Medium. At the intercom my order was not read back to me at the window my card was taken without telling me what my order cost or my order read back to me.No greeting and no fair well or come back and see us, nothing. I will eat checkers again I loved the strawberry cheese cake in the cup very delicious. Just will find a different location.
