Cinnabon — Restaurant in Texas

It says they open at 6 Am and I went at 8 am expecting them to have fresh cinnamons. As a pregnant lady with cravings it was kinda disappointing that they have two hours to get them ready and none are made! This lady was either high or something because she just laughed in my face. Told me there was going to be a 45 minute wait?!? I called to make a complaint to the manager but she tried to explain to me that whenever they have people call out but clearly the employee that shows can’t even do her job. She’s just there standing and laughing. Embarrassing the manager just ended up hanging up the phone on me! Guys do better! They only had those stale ones there who knows how long they been sitting on that self! So people save the time to...

This was our first time at this location. It's about 3-5 minutes from my house. I usually drive to Willowbrook Mall for my Cinnabon cravings. We are so disappointed with the cinnamon rolls we purchased. We paid $15 and the bread was not fresh and the bread on the outside was hard, even after the microwave. The only reason we didn't return the cinnamon rolls is because we were driving out of town. If it were possible to give a 0 rating, I would have done that.

Terrible Experience. Too costly not to be fresh.

If you want anything more than a single bun, then you better hope they actually have some made. I wanted a four pack but they only had singles and buying 4 individuals would make it more expensive. I was told they don't have any available.

Seriously?! Then make some. I'm not asking for anything crazy. Or at least have some made throughout the course of the day. If you are going to sell something, then actually have stock of it.
