Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Texas

VERY RUDE MANAGER! I’ll give less than one star if I could, so my husband went to pick up a special of 10 PC (thighs and legs) for $11.99 for me, I usually get almost all of them legs (if you ask/request ), I’m pregnant and I just had a craving. The girl with prescription glasses, visor and ponytail was horrible, she was bossing around the other girl with lighter skin next to the register (see picture, girl on the right), she didn’t want her to take the order for some reason, (I think she’s training her in a very abusive way). When my boyfriend and father asked for my request of getting more legs than thighs or all legs if possible, ponytail girl took over and started raising her voice telling them in a very condescending way that they don’t do that ever and it doesn’t matter if other Church’s Chicken do it (as my boyfriend told her) she also added that she won’t do it because is part of their policy and her boss is just checking on them constantly. When we asked for their names (because they are not wearing their badges or uniform on top of everything) and were to find that policy she started mumbling bad words in Spanish and she refused to answer the questions. Horrible experience, never going back there. She could’ve said NO in a nice way and we would’ve ordered our stuff and leave but she decided to have a nasty attitude instead. On 12/23/2022 around 10:40 pm I decided to stop for chicken at this place because it seemed it was the only restaurant that was opened at that time . I pull up to the outdoor menu/intercom and the cashier right away gave me attitude letting me know that almost everything in the menu was not available. I just wanted to eat anything at that point so I made an order of what they had . After attempting to submit my order she did mention it was a 20-30 minute wait . I told her I’m okay with the wait and she proceeded with attitude again . I get to the window and she charges my card with a mean looking face to me as if she didn’t want me to be there . She started working on my order with attitude and I left with my food not even 3 minutes after placing my order . I don’t know why that employee needed to treat a customer like that and why did she need to lie to me about the wait time ? Horrible experience. I don’t recommend...

We are from out of town and our experience was not good. The cole slaw was spoiled, the girl at register was loud and unprofessional. We asked for ONE packet of ketchup and she told my dad "We charge for extra ketchup. I gave you a handful earlier. It's 4 per customer." When my dad told her his hanr is big and only had 4, she then told my dad "We have it on camera. I can show you. " UNNECESSARY and she could have been nice and said we charge for ketchup but I'll give you 1 this time. That's all he wanted. And false advertisement on their 2 piece feast.
