Coco's Restaurant — Restaurant in Texas

I'm giving this review while here. Food is really good. However, I read other reviews & am questioning the great service. Of the two servers, one is eating then getting up to check on her customers, then sitting back down to eat, then handling the register, then back to her lunch. Back & forth she goes. She did not serve us. Our server was friendly, however, not attentive. She is too busy getting ready for closing time, filling napkin dispensers, etc. She only came back to get our plates. My son needed more tea while eating, but shared with his Mom. She offered him more, but we were already finished with our meal. I'm still waiting for my check so I can pay. I type with my index finger, not my thumbs, so I type really slowly. So typing all this while I wait for the bill shows the lack of attentiveness. First time here. I parked in the back and was pushing my sister in her wheelchair all around the building and there was a huge incline and I couldn't open the door and hold the wheelchair. I was afraid if I let go, my sister would end up on Cage Blvd so I asked the waitress whom was just inside the door to help since she hadn't bothered to, if she could help us. She instead looked at her phone and opened the door and at the same time asked if we were coming to pick up or order to go. I was puzzled and said no and asked why and she stated in Spanish... because we close at 3:00. (They have a drive-thru)I asked if it was too late to dine and she said no. It was 2:30. We walked in and sat down and the soccer game was on full blast and everyone was yelling. Big mistake. Great food but never again. I may order through the drive-thru...

Had high expectations of this small restaurant as my friend had recommended this place. We order a Botana plate with fajita and two soft drinks. Once we received the plate it has a strange smell and when I took my first bite of meat I found out what the smell was.....the meat was spoiled. It was so disgusting, we got up and told the waitress about it. They didn't charge us the plate that we didnt eat but they did charge us almost 6 dlls for the drinks!!! I was very dissatisfied and will not step into this place ever. At least they should check what they serve, I cant believe they couldn't smell the meat when it was being cooked!!! Way better...
