We rode out to this place on Valentine's Day with 4 other couples. My wife and I started dancing a George Strait song and they turned off the music because one of the waitresses could not find her phone, totally ruined the moment. Oh well, still trying to make the best of this day. All of us ordered at the same time burgers and chicken tenders. We all got our food about the same time except for one couple. Everyone started eating. 15 minutes later, we inquired about the food, waitress states they're cooking it. 30 minutes later, we're all done eating, still no food for other couple. We inquiry again about food, this time waitress states that they got bombarded with other customers ordering food, for us to be a little patient. She also stated that it takes a long time for fries to cook. We all look around and we're the only ones eating. There are two guys at the bar that look like regulars and a guy shooting pool. They've been drinking ever since we got there, not eating mind you. Finally, the young girl who lost her phone earlier, shows up with bags of food. She heads straight to the kitchen. by this time it's been at least 40 minutes. Obviously they ran out of food. Couple with us get upset because they were lying this entire time. They asked for their money back and they got it. 2 minutes later, food starts coming out for guys at the bar. I approached the waitress and stated had if they had just been honest with us about the fact that they ran out of food, we would've understood. I state that honesty goes a long way. She turns around and goes straight to the kitchen. 5 minutes later she comes out with cook. Cook approaches me and asked me " You got a problem man?". I explained to him the entire situation and he states "it takes a long time to cook fries, anyway they got their f'ing money back" I tell him it's about keeping the customer happy. That he should apologize to them for what happened, and if he did, I would tell everyone to come back inside and have a good time. He tells me he ain't gonna apologize to nobody and if I have a problem with this, I can do always do something about this. I told him, "you know what, let me just get my credit card, and we'll leave". Needless to say, we are never going back to this place. Read moreAbysmal service. Ordered food at 5:29pm in a nearly empty establishment, on a Wednesday, and were provided with our food (to go based upon the length of the wait) at 7:12PM. Which is ironic considering the fact that the restaurant becomes a bar at 7pm and we arrived with our 2 year old son at 5pm to avoid that exact issue.
Following the posting of my review, the owner of the establishment responded, not with empathy, but to correct me on the timing listed above. What they failed to investigate was, we closed out our tab prior to receiving our order, were forced to take the order to go, and it took an additional 20 minutes following my review to recover said order.
The sad reality is and was, it took this establishment well over 1 hour and forty minutes to make a basket of fries, chicken tenders, a Cesar wrap, and chicken wings on a Wednesday evening, in a nearly EMPTY establishment.
Justifying the above noted service exemplifies the lack of integrity this owner has. Port quality, poor service, abysmal ownership.
No family would voluntarily accept the fact that it will or would take two hours from the time of ordering a meal to receiving said meal.
And hey, let’s be Burger King and have it your way - assuming I’m a pathological lier, and you’re correct on the times you posted - you’re telling customers that a wait time of 75 minutes is acceptable for the order of five items, that are not difficult to make, on a tame evening, with minimal other orders sent to your kitchen.

Read moreI am from Australia and was looking forward to karaoke here Unfortunately the DJ would not let my man who has been a long term patron sing even though we arrived at 7pm which was advertised as start time...he told us we would not be able to sing until 3 weeks because of competition but somehow himself managed to sing 3 songs He rambled a lot about cocaine as well and the night was pretty bad listening to him make jokes about the karaoke singers singing... We were able to finally sing one song together and I asked the DJ if my man can sing and he said probably not so it seemed a waste of time being there Competition or not, there was even two of the wait staff who got to sing over us, the paying patrons... probably not a cool way to treat patrons. Sad the DJ was discriminating towards us...at least that is how it felt. The wait staff was slow as they didnt appear to have enough people on the job. Disappointing considering my man was a long time patron who participated in karaoke and spent his money here regularly, he had told me what a great place for karaoke but that was not our experience on this night.
