Been wanting to try this meat market for a while and finally got around to it today. They close a bit early (6:30) so if you’re wanting to catch dinner plan accordingly. We went for a late lunch and it was dead. By the time we left it was pretty busy with dine in orders and also to go orders. When you first enter you’re greeted by large case of meats to buy ranging from sausages, bacon, filets, stuffed pork chops and more. At the end of the line is the ready to eat food. Pretty basic menu, 1-3 meats, specialty meats including bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed with boudin, bacon wrapped jalapeños, cheddar boudin and some different types of sausages. We got 2 2 meat trays with some sides. Meats we tried were spicy boudin link, cheddar boudin ball and regular boudin ball (massive!), Reo Sausage (jalapeño & cheddar, so freaking food) and bacon wrapped boudin stuffed chicken breast. Sides were dressing (very good!), Mac and cheese (could be creamier), pinto beans, mashed potatoes. By far the best side was the dressing, and they even some of their brisket gravy on top, let’s go!! By the our favorite meat was the Reo sausage! Creamy from the cheese with a little kick and crunch from the skin, was so good! The other meats were fine, not as flavorful and on the dry side. I would come back for that sausage and a side of the dressing! If you’re around and looking for some good meats give them a try. Plenty of options to take...

My husband and I visited Daniel's meat market Friday December 27th. When we first entered the building the staff was very welcoming. They were also very helpful with the menu options. My husband recieved his food as he ordered because it was on the line. I ordered something other than bbq so it had to be prepared. After sitting for about 10-15 mins more people started to arrive. After the majority of the people ordered a lady brought out my order exactly the way I ordered it but preceeded to walk over to the customer that came in way after us and brought over to him. After sitting for a while longer to see if she was going to bring out another. I then got up after sitting at this point 30 mins and asked for a refund. After going over the order again and them bringing out a whole other order that was completely wrong, she preceeded to give me a refund. No apology, no credit for your troubles, no type of accommodation, just "hopefully" a refund. I say hopefully because I'm still waiting for it to show up on my bank statement. Like I said the welcoming as you enter the building and the individuals on the line was 10 out of 10 but the lady (I'm assuming some type of manger) was a defiantly unprofessional. With all the money they make I'm sure ot won't matter but I will never ever step foot in...

This was our first time visiting Daniel’s Barbecue, and we were blown away by the exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in! We were warmly greeted right away by Aldo, who made us feel welcome and helped answer all our first-timer questions about how to order. To our surprise, the restaurant was also hosting Singo Bingo, which added such a fun and unique vibe to the evening. We had the pleasure of speaking with River, who was absolutely outstanding—River took the time to talk with us, share more about the restaurant, and made it clear how much they genuinely care about all their customers. Throughout the night, Asha was going table to table checking on guests, while Remmington followed up with a big smile and made sure we had everything we needed. To top it off, Quizzia chatted with us after Singo and mentioned that the amazing service we received wasn’t just a one-time thing—this is the norm at Daniel’s. Incredible service paired with delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals—what more could you ask for? This place gets a solid 10 out of 10 from us. Great job to the whole team at Daniel’s Barbecue—you’ve gained some new...

I'm road-tripping from California, and this is the best barbecue I've had in Texas so far. Brisket is a little dry, but compared to the pit stop's brisket near San Antonio, this is heavenly. Awesome, huge ribs, good sausages. Corn is the best so far too. I don't like the mac and cheese and green beans though. I was looking for a good place for brisket, the first try was horrible, and I was ready to give up because of the weird hours those BBQ shops have here in Texas. This place gave me faith again. If I don't get to try the ones recommended on Reddit, I'll come back for them next time.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Daniel's for both breakfast and lunch, and each experience has been fantastic. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you're a fan of BBQ, you're in for a treat. Don’t miss the chopped beef sandwich, my go-to lunch favorite. For breakfast, the biscuits and gravy are a must-try. And the cinnamon rolls? They're almost as big as your head and just as impressive in taste! Whatever you do, save room for the peanut butter pie. It's absolutely incredible!
