Grand opening specials. $2 pulled pork sandwich every Saturday from 11-2, great deal! Excellent barbecue here at Dickeys. There are great specials that include a free drink, and can be found every day of the week (3rib Tuesdays are boss). Their Turkey is one of the best and the Jalapeño sausage is a real treat. I generally get these two, but their ribs and brisket are both tasty too. They have 3 BBQ sauces, the sweet is my personal favorite even though I'm generally a spicy sauce kind of guy. The place itself is nestled in a brand new gas station that has opened here in Highlands just recently, and there is a place for you to eat inside. The food is prepared quickly and tastes very good, and all of the sides are pretty much on point. I just went there today around 430 pm on dec 27 2020, I ordered the brisket and macaroni and that was my mistake for jus stating that because they had a brisket and Mac and a brisket and Mac with chili , well I gott the one with chili and I wanted the regular one , so I call them and I didn’t open either one , but I call them and let them know and the guy laughs at me and says there’s nothing he can do , that If it cost the same he would be able to but because what I bought with the chili cost more I couldn’t replace it for something that cost less which made no sense , then I ask to talk to the manager and he says that the manager doesn’t speak English only Spanish Noe was his name and that he is leaving that job in a week so he wasn’t doing nothing for me , bro all I wanted was the correct food , If the employees act like that then I don’t want to kno how management is like , terrible place man , all I wanted was the...

This used to be our favorite and only location. Placed a large order this weekend, for it to say it was ready for pickup and then we got there and the store was closed… at 5:00 pm. Which was fine, we get it, places are short staffed. We grabbed other food, and i figured it would be an easy fix the next day. Except, it took me calling 4 times on 3 different days just to speak with a manager, and the manager hung up on me… and turned the store phone off. His excuse was “He had to deal with other things” It took me calling the Shell phone, and stating i needed my refund or it will be disputed with my bank to get him to actually fulfill a refund… when the only issue was that they accepted our order and then closed the store.
