Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Domino's Pizza is an absolute must! Carry Out or delivery! Store is very clean always, employees and managers are all very polite and they all greet you with smiles on their faces the minute you open the door. The store hasn't been opened very long but it's absolutely the best place for pizza. If an order is wrong they are very quick to remake it give it to you free or allow you to have credit for the next time you order. On a scale from 1 to 10 and 1 being the worst and 10 being perfect they're on about a 7 or 8 and I only say that due to not being able to drive all the way to the end of the peninsula for deliveries, sometimes even with having a pick up or carry out it could take sometimes and hour or more to get your pizza and sometimes your order just gets lost some how but other than a few little set backs the quality of the food is superb the presentation of the food is wonderful the cleanliness of the store is very comforting and the staffs up beat attitudes courtesy and willingness to make sure you leave the store very pleased is absolutely priceless. You won't find a better place to order pizza from than the Pottsboro Domino's Pizza paradise located on Hwy 289...

Vince went to pick up our online order of 2 pizzas and a chicken caesar salad. When he got home, he had 2 pizzas and no caesar salad so he called the Pottsboro, TX store and told the gal (Marisola or something) the situation and 3 times she replied "you have to go online, order the salad again and then we can cancel or credit your order." That doesn't even make sense. Do they not teach them simple math? I asked her to simply credit the card but she repeated the stupid instructions. Why would you pay twice for something you didn't get? We’ve never had an issue with this place before today. We called & asked about our order missing a pizza & another pizza that we did get was missing a topping. We asked for a manager & the employee that answered seemed bothered & asked us what we wanted him to do about it. After some discussion he ended up giving us a credit for a pizza that we already paid for but didn’t receive & said at least you have a free pizza if you ever decide to come back.
