Some of the worst customer service! I ordered for delivery at an estimated 40-50 minutes. At 78 minutes the app finally said it had been delivered. Waited to hear my doorbell rings per the delivery instructions. I had been watching the tracking via the app and had seen that the driver was actually in front of our house. After 3-4 minutes I went to retrieve the pizza even though still no doorbell, alas, nothing there. I thought maybe the driver had put our order on the wrong porch, so my daughter and I walked up and down our street at night in 45 degrees looking for our pizza. When we found none, I called the store. Rings and no one answers, so they send me to a corporate number, then the AI rep sends me back to the store and I wait again for an answer. They finally pick up, I complain that I have no pizza, even though the app/tracker says it had been delivered 15 minutes ago. Takes forever to pull up my account, then call the driver, then figure out what happened. He says my order was already in the oven for a “re-bake” and asks me if I had already called?? Um no, I had no idea what he was talking about. Apparently the driver gave someone else my order, when he got to my house, realized his mistake, called the store and told them to re-make my order. All the while, no one bothered to tell the customer what’s going on. Seems like I should have gotten some kind of message or notification. The employee I spoke to apologized for the “long delivery time” but “we only have one driver and a bunch of orders came in.” I finally ask to speak to the manager. “Logan” offered an annoyed apology for the long wait time, but didn’t even address the actual delivery mistake and lack of communication about it. I asked for a refund of the tip I had left. No, can’t do that. Asked if there was any other offer to make this right. He asked if I wanted a two-liter soda. Nope, not giving coke to my kids, who are absolutely starving by now! Kept repeating that my order was now on its way, and that is all that he could do. I asked for his last name but he refused. The original driver finally showed up, a full two hours after I placed my order. He owned up to his mistake, explained what happened, apologized, then offered me his own cash (for the tip I had left). My 8 yo got a lesson on what terrible customer service sounds like (the store “manager”), and what integrity looks like...

I put an order in at around 7:15 got a few notifications around 7:30 that the driver was near my location at around 7:40 I missed a call from the driver (my bad) I call the driver back and give him directions to the apartments he responded (ok cool be there in 2 minutes) it’s currently 7:48. Time turns into 8:15 I finally get tired of waiting for this kid so I call the store to speak to the manager Ronan. I let him the situation and how long it had been HE KNEW THE SITUATION he cut me off as I was explaining and told me “he couldn’t get in because of a passcode” one kid lied my apartments don’t have passcodes to enter. Two I’m sure they both have phones they clearly do they answered my calls and not one of them cared to call me and see if there was anything that could be done. Especially with that fake excuse of needing a passcode because even if it did he COULDVE CALLED ME TO GET IT and I would’ve explained THERE ISNT ONE! Not once did I get an apology just excuses and the same cold pizza that had been sitting in this kids car for about an hour by the time I did end up receiving it. Read moreI was just in the store at 11:55 and I paid for my pizza but the “Store Manager” a young lady that said she was the store manager told me it did not go through but on my end it said approved. So she ran the card again and it said approved again. However, I got double charged. Even after telling her I was charged already. Then when I call to let her know I was double charged she said it isn’t their fault. And that I need to speak to my bank??? Then she proceeded to have an attitude and told me she was going to hang up. All I want is my refund that would have never happened if she would have listened to me after I said it was charged to my card already. I asked for the store managers name (because apparently now she wasn’t the store manager) she was being smart saying she was the store manager because she is at the store and she’s the manager right now??? Anyways, then she said she could not give out that kind of information? I wasn’t asking for phone numbers and emails. Just a name so I could have someone to speak to about the incident.
