Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Last night I ordered pizza that took over an hour to get here. When the driver arrived he told me that there closed and does not have to accept my tip that was 20% on top of their delivery fee. He took the tip and poured change all in my hand and on the floor of my door. I've never had a service be more disrespectful. When I called to speak to a manager they offered a free cheesy bread on my next purchase. I also requested that driver does not return to my home. I decided to give them another chance and take them up on there offer & ordered more food on top of it. The same driver came back and decided not to bring the marinara with the cheesy bread that I had requested to pay extra for. This establishment is by far the worst service i have ever had. I really wonder why it has been such a bad experience trying to order pizza. I honestly don't know. Will...

Put in an order on a Monday night, the app says the pizza has come out of the oven at 5:53… the app does not update again until after I’ve called the store nearly an hour later. At 6:54 the tracker updates that my order has been picked up for delivery. A full HOUR after it came out of the oven, so we already know it is going to be cold when it gets here.

I mentioned I tried to call to figure out what happened to my $45 order (I tipped 25% by the way)….. 15 mins later still no one had answered the phone. I hung up. Here’s hoping my pizza actually makes it to me before the night is out.

Won’t be ordering from this store ever again. I recommend you pick another one as well, if you’d actually like your pizza fresh when you pay for it.

Update!!!!!!!! Decided to order dominoes last night on the phone from the acton location. Low and behold, someone decided to pay their car insurance using my credit card number that you have to give over the phone to pay for it. Hope it was worth it!

Update--

Spoke with the gm and she's in denial something happened even with evidence present. Saying, "maybe you gave your card to someone else". Umm no. I use my card in person in town and I used it here over the phone to buy dinner for my family and one of your employees scammed me. I will never order from here again. Posted it on fb and someone was nailed for 1400! Manager is a theif and doesn't care!
