Literally stopped at this Jack-in-the-Box to get my son and I dinner for the night before we had to head home and we donāt live close to Jack-in-the-Box and they messed up my order and Iām calling them so they can refund me because Iām not paying for it and they just wanna hang up no skills with customer service there are people at the window. Donāt know how to listen and they suck. Youād rather just travel down the road to Drive-through restaurant that knows how to listen then stop here now I have to drive all the way over there because I am demanding my money back
Update OK to the manager whoās there? She is a utter complete mean person first of all I explained my situation over the little boss and yes, I drove the whole hour back because I wanted my refund and I explained to her very nicely and sheās route tells me to come to the second window all annoyed I go to the second window. I explained to her Again the second window because she says what do I need Grab my sonās hamburger and I told her I just want a refund the little door on me rude I have to get the attention of another young girl there and tell her to let her manager know for the third time. I do not want it remade. I do not want your crappy food. I want a refund of my money back a refund And her boss thatās all annoyed walked around looking for the key. Iām holding out my credit card for her to refund it back to my credit card because itās not hard to refund it back to the same card that I just used hours ago but no she rudely open Till Get some cash out and basically throw it in my hands before snatching the fries that I had with my other hand to her because I did not want the burger or the damn fries. I didnāt want any of. It rose her eyes to go toss the fries because I did not want them. Did not appreciate the fact that she shoved the money The money like that I have never had this root of an experience with any restaurant in the drive-through. This is rude and all because they screwed up on my sonās kids meal and did not make it plain, even though it was told to them that it needed to be plain just meat and cheese. Nothing else on it at least three times when I originally placed the order. Very rude will never be going back there again I think corporate needs to go and fire some people because honestly, you cannot work in fast food like that and have that much of an attitude when you were wrong in the first place And Iām a very forgiving person and I forgive little mistakes, but the fact that the manager was continuously rude to me about it. Nope never coming here again you might as well just drive down a little more and find a restaurant will youāll be treated a little bit more...

The 1st time, they put pickles on one of my sandwiches that wasn't even part of the sandwich, and also forgot to put onions I had requested on. There were also traces of some sauce which makes me worry gloves were not changed or there was food mixing going on. The attendant though was nice, probably the manager.
The 2nd time, I ordered a combo and a shake. After waiting, I didn't receive my shake or the drink with the combo. I told her I ordered them and she told me I didn't. She may have thought I was trying to order a shake at the window. The employee told me shakes were not available because the machine was being cleaned. I then asked for a refund if I was unable to receive my shake. When I asked this, she went back inside and immediately gave me my drink and shake. That's odd - it wasn't working a couple seconds ago, but the moment I ask for a refund it suddenly works? Was I given a dirty shake mid-machine cleaning? I am always super friendly as I have worked in customer service before, but I am hoping any future returns go...

Got food at 338am! 1 :38 min for a stupid cheeseburger! Seriously! What us fast about that. We pay for speed. 100 different ways you could help ur people move and serve more quickly! 2nd review-THUMBS DOWN!! As a delivery driver I am less and less impressed with not only Jack in the box cust svc but all around anywhere these days! Please keep in mind we represent ur customer & we r "supposed" to receive high priority svc at any location! Please stop arguing with me about giving me a cup carrier for 1 drink! We often pick up multiple orders & I personally fo not have 5 cup holders in my vehicle, do u? Doesn't even matter I am a customer asking gor assistance so thr drink does not spill, give ne the drink carrier and stop treating me as tho im trying to get away with something, please!!!
