Came here at 6:07am yesterday, and it was raining extremely heavy, so I decided to go through the drive-way. There was a lady there who took my order and I can tell already she was not in the best mood, simply by the way she was rolling her eyes. I order half a dozen of glazed donuts and two sausage and cheese kolaches. However the lady charged me for 1 dozen and a half of glaze donuts. I informed her that this was wrong and I only order half a dozen. She then states that you confirmed the order and which I apologized and said, “I apologize, it’s a little hard to hear with the down pour of the rain.” She then proceeds to roll her eyes and I guess attempt to refund me my money for what I didn’t order. She comes back a few seconds later, stating that the machine can’t print out my receipt showing me that I got my refund back. So I ask her if it doesn’t show on my bank statement as pending can I come back. She simply waves me off and says yes. So I left with no dozen donuts in my hand and no refund.
The only thing I would change is just to have a “morning” person at the window talking to customers instead of someone who would rather be any where else but at the job.

Read moreEdit: after over a year of almost daily interaction with this location, I just had a rediculously frustrating experience with the employee working the register. First off nobody speaks good English, Secondly the gal who TYPICALLY speaks the best English suddenly forgot any of it this morning and was unable to understand that I would like a shipplys bold with cheese and jalapeño, NOT a sausage and cheese. I have had almost DAILY interactions with this woman and have witnessed her speak completely acceptable English with me. The fact that she decided to play dense this morning doesn't sit well with me at all. I have ALWAYS left a 3 dollar tip nearly every morning simply for grabbing a couple of kolache's and handing them to me and SUDDENLY you decide to play dense and difficult. Forget it. Your "regulars" won't come in if your staff can't properly communicate in the primary language of the country they chose to come to and work in. If you speak fluent Español, I highly recommend this...
Read moreWe will not return to this location. We went to the drive-thru and ordered a bunch of stuff, had a very difficult time getting the order across to the staff as there was a serious language barrier (they sent 3 different people all with a heavy Spanish-accent to the window before we got the order fully in). Don't get me wrong, I've lived in Houston my whole life and am pretty familiar with a Spanish accent, but this was a real challenge. Anyway, got the food and a few items were wrong (wasn't surprised after all the back and forth), and the donut holes were super stale and stuck together so badly while they baked that they weren't glazed on multiple sides (weird), so I ate a couple and threw the three bags away. But don't worry, when you pay, the workers turn a screen toward you and ask for a tip with a big warm smile (after not smiling or trying to be friendly in any fashion before that point). We wasted most of that $51...
