Junie B’s Snowcones — Restaurant in Texas

The lady mis pookie was amazing so sweet took My order really quick i asked if they Made chicharon preparado i Even showed her a picture of what i was talking about i told her it Is a popular item for us the hispánic community she said she would look in to it ,well when i got My snow cone (tamarindo) i told one of the ladies who handed me the snow cone that it did not taste like tamarindo she said tell pookie about it i mean she could of atleast tried fixing it but i asked her again because miss pookie was busy trying get me some change and again she said to i dont know tell pookie when she comes and since i saw pookie super busy i decided not to bother her! I come ways out for the snow cones in your shop because they are delicious but yesterday sunday was not a good service EXCEPT MISS POOKIE SHE...

The snowcones are good and the funnel cakes are actually really impressive—definitely more on the “specialty” side, which explains the higher prices compared to other spots.

What doesn’t sit right, though, is the customer service. The cashier didn’t greet us or say anything beyond the total. No smile, no thank you, just silence and then walked away. It’s ironic, especially since the business promotes spreading the gospel. If you’re going to use God’s name for profit, the very least you can do is treat people with kindness.

Oh—and as a cherry on top? The owner parked her luxury car across two spaces right out front. The message was loud and clear: hospitality isn’t the priority. The food might be sweet, but the vibe? Not so much. This sweet spot left a bad taste...

First time here, staff very friendly, ordered a banana split was able to choose flavors (cookie dough, vanilla, cookies n cream) and a waffle cone with Mint chocolate chip and rocky road. Gotta say the wait was kind of long.. but we passed the time playing corn hole. When we got our order the Sunday was a bit off got chocolate instead of cookies n cream but no worries tasted great, and I'm guessing because it was so hot outside my ice cream was melting way too fast so I had to use a bowl for the Ice cream and ate my cone separately.
