I previously bought a three:piece living room set. Service was great delivery was on time. I just purchased a 5 piece bedroom set,mattress and an additional night stand. Delivery was set for Saturday March 27, I waited at the house for delivery. Called the store and was advised Christina was out of the store and would return in 15 minutes. I was advised that I was not on the list for deliveries. Never received call. Called several more times over the next three hours. She had not returned. No contact from the store. I went to the store the next day. Christina advised the warehouse did not have all the pieces for delivery on Saturday. She called and verified the order was complete and delivery was scheduled for today. I called to verify a time frame for delivery. Six different times nothing but an answering machine. No call back from the store. I finally contacted the Pasadena location. If it was not for the fact I really like the furniture, I would cancel the order. Miraculously the Pasadena store had time to contact the delivery service. The driver called and advised he was loading my furniture and would be enroute hoping to arrive within 45 minutes. It’s is now 5:40 pm.

Pricing is good. Great selection of different products. I have additional furniture I am looking to purchase. I am very unhappy with service after the sale. If I find the furniture selection at another location priced similarly..... clearance rooms furniture has lost...

Update Below- it gets worse!

BUYERS BEWARE! Purchased a table on 9/4 and it's now 9/16 and not only have we NOT received our furniture but Christina "Chrissy" is avoiding our calls. She was quick to hammer my cell phone via calls and texts to get the sell and now she's non-existent after the purchase. True fraud! Attorney's are now getting involved- update coming soon!

UPDATE: 10/2: What we ordered, what we got. Ugliest piece of furniture and nothing remotely close to what we ordered. It’s not even finished and literally gives splinters less than 10 mins of having it....
