La Salsita pinchi — Restaurant in Texas

La Salsita Pinchi has a very casual and upbeat atmosphere. The agua frescas are delicious, we ordered the Limón y Pepino and were brought out samples for mango and fresa while we waited on our food (such a nice extra gesture.)

Birria Ramen: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ A creative combination that had flavor and was beautifully presented. I would recommend it if you like Birria, but I didn’t have the palate for it.

Discada Torta: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Light and fluffy toasted bun, well flavored meat, topped with fresh avocado and tomato, & served with a jalapeño popper on the side. Well executed and paired amazingly well with their salsa verde.

We have gone to different restaurants and let me tell you about this one when you go inside you are greeted so well, the food & agua frescas were super delicious (don’t mind the watermelon being bitten my daughter couldn’t wait to give it a bite), this place is so calm and beautiful, the customer service there is always checking their client have everything they need. Food was great, no complaints. Our server not so much. Took us our food never came back to check on us. Tried to wave her over to request more crema for our flautas and another drink but she was too busy visiting with her coworkers. By the time another server came by to check on us we were already finishing our meal. Another issue was flies.
