Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Only complaint I have is that pizza needed to get cut again at home, but not a common experience. I read the reviews and common frustration is the drive thru wait time. Drive thru is meant to pick up a pizza, not to place an order. Yes, little caesars is known to have some hotnready pizzas for fast service but im sure theres a lot of demand in west odessa since there are only 2 pizza chains and limited dining options for such a large county area. The people ordering a pizza at the window slow down the others who ordered ahead of time. Dominos right next door has a drive thru too and it does not have this issue because people know to pickup, not order at the window. This is something management should post on drive thru lane to educate the consumer so everyone benefits.

I haven't experienced bad service, so I can't speak on it except in general terms: Poor customer service can be fixed easily by management if it is rampant. Tried ordering online 4 regular pepperoni total was $28.10 would not accept payment. When I got to the store I sat at the window for 15 minutes no exaggerating before someone came to help I ordered the 4 regular pepperoni same as on app. Can someone please explain to me why my total was $45.00 instead of $28.10 when I asked for a receipt I was told they were out of paper. I asked about the price difference and was told and I quote " that's just the way it is". With 4 hungry kids at the house I left after another 15 minute wait got home with 4 CHEESE pizzas that were not even cut or attempted to be cut. I have issues here more often than not but still give the benefit of the doubt and order here since it’s closest to me anyways lol. I placed an order AN HOUR ago. A WHOLE HOUR ago, and I got there for them to tell me it was going to be another 10-15 minutes because they had not even started my order. They said it was because of a dinner rush. As someone who has worked in the food industry a rush should not be an issue if you can manage your time appropriately. I mean, it’s pizza not a rack of ribs.
