Stars Drive-in — Restaurant in Texas

We go here quite often and to this day I can't really recall any bad experiences that I may have had. What I do recall is their awesome smothered burritos. I recommend everyone try their smothered burritos with a large french fry and a large cherry limeade slush. Well that's my preference any ways. Their slushes are usually pretty good,though I think there should be a little more blue coconut in the ocean water slush. After that the best thing to cure that full belly is their vanilla ice cream with the apple pie. Man I'm making myself hungry. Keep up the good work car-hops. I know it can get frustrating out there because there are so many people that don't tip. Just keep those go get em attitudes and it will all work out. As for the ones that answer the speakers love the attitudes and how well you guys can get the order down. Now without you cooks and drink and ice-cream makers we would not even be having this conversation right now. You guys just need to keep it all coming. Thank you for your service Stars on West University. I believe we get the best service there. UPDATE: Just to reiterate how much I believe this Stars Drive In is the best one in Odessa. I do want to tell all you customers though it would be really nice if you tipped all these car-hops because they only work for I believe it's less than $8 an hour, which as we all know, one paycheck would not even pay most of our rents or car payments. I stopped in for a Cherry Limeade and it was good. They were fast and as always the service was excellent. The car-hops are always curious and friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile and those young folks are always so respectful. They always call me ma'am & thank me with another big smile. At other places the car-hops will keep the coins when returning the change, which I find presumptuous and rude, but they never do that at this Stars. They always return all my change and allow me to choose what I want to tip them. I order a Kid's Meal. They bring out a sack with a hamburger in it and hand me a kid's drink. I asked about the fries. He takes the ticket and sack back and a lady comes across the speaker and wants to know what hat is wrong. I tell her the fries are missing. She asked what I ordered. She is holding a Kid's Meal sack with a hamburger only in it. No fries or toy. Here is your sign. Oh the ticket said Kid's Meal is what I was charged. After her attitude and argument, I drove off.
