Lapa Lapa — Restaurant in Texas

Trash, I've always drove by here, but never had time, 3 days ago had to go to work so needed lunch stopped here at drive thru asked for two burritos the guy took them to my car when he gave them to me i can wrap my whole hand around them both, opened the wrapper and tortilla, i maybe counted 4 small and i do mean very small pieces of meat ate one and i swear i did not taste any meat everytime i took a bite had lots, yes lots, of cabbage, threw the other burrito in the trash, let me tell you I've been all over USA and not ever... EVER! Do they put cabbage on a burrito. A burger is a burger, bun, meat, lettuce, and tomotoes, well authentic mexican burrito is flour tortilla, meat, rice and beans, NO CABBAGE, cabbage is so strong you cant taste the meat, ever since t his new oil boom happened lots of restaurants have gone down cos they know alot of oil people are in a rush to get a decent meal or fast food, this place has no pride in preparing and cooking authentic mexican food, by what i got, their mentality is take as much money as they can and run, i will never...

From my personal experience I wouldn’t recommend this place, was told to wait on the side for my burritos and after 30 min after watching everybody else receive their orders, I asked the employee how much longer and his response was that they didn’t have enough of the meat that I had ordered. I believe they should have made me aware of that instead of waiting for me to go up and ask. After I told them I would be putting a review on my experience the guy threatened me and told me not to do it or they would make my burritos wrong! Like really? And authentic mom and pop burrito Joint with two locations. Their burritos are always excellent, I personally get the chili verde, which if you love spicy things is the cream of the crop. Their salsa is magnificently spicy, although spice isn't always to some people's taste. There is still plenty of other non spicy options for you to choose from. The staff is very friendly and businesslike. There is very few who can speak fluent English but that never poses a problem when it comes to the service. I highly recommend anyone try this...
