First time visit..

Wonderful customer service and they offer samples if you want to try before you buy. I couldn't add pictures because we dived right in, but they looked exactly like the pictures posted. You can pay with cash or card which is very convenient . I got the mangonada and my daughter got the watermelon with Italian ice with both including delicious gummies. The hot fries with cheese is also delicious. She layered cheese throughout the fries (which I loved) and made sure we were satisfied with everything when we left. I promise you wont be disappointed with anything your order.

Second visit was horrible. Young girl working this time. It was dry and nothing like the description. The green caramel apple I ordered came purple and dry with no caramel. No flavor. The salty lizard my daughter got was dry with no pickles or flavor. She needs more training because we are dissatisfied and disappointed. It honestly...

I came for the first time this evening. My suggestion to your business is to have a well trained and friendly person working your drive thru. I wanted to try the lemon sno cone. The lady at the window charged us and when she returned my sno cone was green. I told her I wanted lemon and she said that’s all they had. I understand if you run out of a product but to just charge someone and not even communicate the change is very poor customer service. I would have gladly taken it but not to be told anything is rude. A simple hello and a thank you goes a long way. These people represent your business, a friendly staff results in returning customers....

Mango smoothie was soo good! And the Italian ice. Does take alittle bit of time but it was very fresh! Update 5 months later I can’t stress this enough be consistent with your hours. You can’t make money if you are closed. Tried multiple times this week. Even last night at 7:15, lights turned off as soon as I got there. Only posting this to help y’all do better.
