Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Texas

I've visited the 529 @greenhouse location 3 times. All 3 times, I was treated rudely by the staff. They have very nasty attitudes. They act like they are doing you a favor. But you're spending your money here. My 3rd visit I was waiting in line and the cashier gave my taco that I was waiting to pay for, to another customer, when I tried to explain it to the manager, she was more rude than the employees. She loud talked me to talk over me, so I couldn't complain about my taco being given to another customer. If I could give zero star rating, I would. I bet they have lost so many customers because of their attitudes. I will not visit this location again. I refuse to give my money to a staff that doesn't show me respect...

Horrible service, we went there twice in two days, seems to he a terrible disconnection between the cooks and the people that charge... the cook was talking about chugging a 4 loko right before he made our food ... they were trying to charge us 20 dollars for 4 tacos because we had extra tortillas, and my wife wanted the meat in a cup so the tortilla wouldn't...

Poor service - clearly a training store. Only one or two of the ladies understand simple English for ordering tacos.

No matter what your order, they will put BEANS on EVERYTHING!! Watch them CLOSELY or your taco...
