I Beauty Nail Supply — Local services in Cypress

Save your time and money, I’ve been coming here for over a year out of PURE convenience. Every other good nail supply store is in the heart of Houston. I’m located in Katy. Supplies are not restocked so you might not find what you liked. Last time. The girl in the front talk to you like you’re stupid or uneducated in the nail industry. I’ve bit my tongue back too many times, but Today’s incident really topped it off the man that’s Always there had a problem with me bringing back the brush on the left side it’s supposed to be a Kolinsky brush however I used it one time and the bristle separate from each other making the application for acrylics incredibly difficult to work with. I’ve been doing Nails for over 10 years and I’ve never had an issue with a brush like this unless It’s a knock off. I think that’s what the case was here when I asked if he could fix it I didn’t even ask for an exchange. He got defensive and told me I need to learn how to use it, sir. I’ve held a brush in my hands more times than you’ve pissed. he then told me I had to wait for the girl that sold me the brush originally as if someone has time to just sit around and wait for people to come back from lunch. Super inconvenient giving that their hours are never what Google says. I’ve literally sat in my car three separate times waiting for them to open so you can’t even trust the scheduling. I’m all about supporting small local businesses, but where is the customer support, we take our hard earned money and shop at places like these to keep their lights on every single month. No wonder businesses close, I could have easily gone on Amazon and order everything. He then suggested I should wait for the owner to come at 1 PM a total of an hour and a half wait he couldn’t simply text or call them? I then stated so I’m supposed to cancel my client. He said that was not his problem that was a me problem. I can’t with the ignorance. I do not suggest you coming to This supply store. Do better at the end of the day customers like myself is what makes your paycheck. He also made a very clear that he didn’t care if he lost me as a customer, which is funny coming from someone that is just an employee according to him. He made it a big point that I had the brush for about a month well, yes I did. I used it once but because I work back to back am a full-time mom and have to commute to and from work. It doesn’t allow me to just drop everything. I’m doing to go and POSSIBlY get there on time For an exchange of brush. He swore I used it various of times which I I made very clear that if the brush would have been used in abused, it would look like the brush on the right side. I’ve done easily over 1000 sides with the brush on the right you know when a brush has been used multiple times. Funny games all around. I just don’t know how they’re still open...

In terms of selection and pricing this store is amazing; they are reasonably priced and have a wide variety of products but omg is the lady cashier the rudest person I’ve ever met. I called up there to ask if they had UV/LED lamps and she goes “well… duh.. we’re a nail store” in the most disrespectful tone. Then in store she proceeded to talk to me like I was slow or something, rolling her eyes, terrible, awful, RUDE tone. If you ask her a question about the products she laughs at you like “why didn’t you know this already” and then she acts like YOU, the CUSTOMER are bothering her by asking her questions because she’s “busy” doing her nails at the counter smh. Would definitely give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for her...

Went for a quick trip to iBeauty nail supply. It is closer to home for me, rather than other supply stores (katy/cypress area) and . The store was very clean and organized. They do have a wide variety of products to chose from like dip, powder, gels, nail lacquers and tips. Some products did not have pricing, which made it a little hard to compare the price when you might find the better deal there or elsewhere. Was not greeted until check out, and had an employee hover over me during my visit. I would only visit again if I needed something last minute. Prices on certain items are more expensive than...
