Is the lady working on the front desk? She has some sort of anxiety or BOD life is called the borderline disorder. She's talking fine and all of a sudden when I talk to her. I said the cook's supposed to be not to make comments on any order. She starts shouting at me and she put her hands-on the ears and this kind of stuff and then cook jump on it. And he says, I can do whatever I want to do in store and no one stop me. My oner is working under me. He's not on top of me. I can do whatever I want to do in the store and the lady. She also jumped in the middle of the conversion, she said, yes, he's right. He can do whatever he wants to do it. I don't care about the oner what he says, but I can control this store If you don't want to come to the store that fine, don't pay us anything just leave because I already pay for the order. I just pick up my order and leave from there. But this is not a good service which way they run in the store.I think you need to work on their attitude.Which way they're talking to...

I first tried this place pulling up through the drive thru. The girl taking my order seemed a bit off like she was scared, looking around a lot and moving fast when taking my payment. I didn’t understand why. Next thing I know a male worker is having to come around to the drive thru window and between my car window to kill a big tree roach that I didn’t even notice to begin with. It was a bit unprofessional & rubbed me the wrong way but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

(TX is also known to have huge tree roaches outdoors, I make no big deal about it being there’s a lot of trees in the area and we’re outdoors)

My second time coming here, there was a cooked sunflower seed sized GERMAN COCKROACH in my food! I threw away my whole order and didn’t bother going back or calling since I was on a 30 minute lunch break and had minimal time.

Highly do not recommend unless you’re okay eating from a place that obviously has a roach...

I ordered the grilled redfish, and it was absolutely perfect. The prep time was a bit long, but when I got it, I understood why. Very large portion and perfectly seasoned and cooked. Will definitely be going back to try more menu items soon. I went through the drive thru, so cannot comment on the interior atmosphere at this time.

Edit: I found out that their redfish is actually tilapia. It tastes great, but it isn't the same thing, and is against the law per the FDA. After talking to who I assume is the owner, he just said, "a lot of people call tilapia redfish." That level of dishonesty in food service is very bad. They say they are Halal, but maybe that is a lie too? Maybe it's all Haram? That's the problem with losing trust. Gotta take away a lot of...
