Mama Anns bbq — Restaurant in Texas

Husband stopped here after work to bring my pregnant self some bbq. Sadly, we threw $25 for one plate of food right into the trash. We tried calling as well since we do not like leaving bad reviews, but no answer. I am not sure where these good reviews are coming from. I have never been served a rib that is this burnt and dry. I got the rib sandwich and for some reason they took the meat off the bone. The meat was old and dry. Some of the meat was so dry and hard it was not editable. In all my years of eating bbq I have never gotten a rib sandwich with the meat removed from the bone and there was no smoked flavor to the meat at all. Bottom line it was a waste if $23.
