Big George — Restaurant in Texas

I saw all the hype on social media about these tacos, so today I decided to give them a try. Boy, was I disappointed!! The tacos were excessively greasy and had an old oil taste. The consume was nothing but oil!!! I mean I'm new to trying these very popular tacos out so is that how they are suppose to be?? The flavor and seasoning of the food was very bland yet so greasy (heart attack greasy y'all). I thought the consume would be some kind of like broth since that's what consumé means in English, broth!! This was no broth. Literally it was some kind of melted lard or oil or animal fat, I don't know. I really would not recommend this taco joint because it is pricey for what you get. Sorry Big George but you get...

Came by for the first time and I liked the service but the tacos de birria and the quesatacos werent all that great. I have never had these type of tacos before and I saw that there was a big hype about them and I found this spot but I didnt like them...they dont look like the pictures that are posted online. Im not gonna say if I recommend them or not because this review is based on my opinion and my experience. Everyone has different pallets of taste and Im not gonna sit here and hate on anyone especially when they are out there working hard in these...

There's so much competition out here and I'll give any taco shop 5 stars if they serve birria and especially quesabirria. For those that can't accept food for what it is before flavor have no taste. If you eat it all then it's good. Nice spot...
