McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION. Im a Dasher and I had to call corporate, email them, complain directly to a manager, and also report to DoorDash and my customer. There is a manager there who actively is hostile and difficult with dashers. She will not let us pick up your order when we give your name and/or order number, or let us see the receipt so that we can confirm your pickup. She immediately gets the worst attitude ever and actually tried to refuse to give me a customers order unless she got to stare into my phone screen and dictate the way she thought the app works. She has no right to this and has no idea how to do our job. I had to physically take the bag of food from her and inform my customer of what happened, and thankfully it wasn't late. I had the worst experience with fast food service here. I went to the drive thru and was placing my order and I didn’t even get to finish it. I got told to “pull forward because I have to help the car behind you”. I wasn’t staring at the menu, the guy didn’t let me finish ordering before saying that and then he was all was that it…after he said that to me. I wasn’t talking like I didn’t know what I wanted…he just acted like he hated his job. There was one other car in the drive-thru besides me. I then go to the window to pay and my app saved a wrong item from a previous visit…I wasn’t even at the window for 45 seconds and he said well I’m just going to have you pull up. Tonight my friend and I pulled up right as this McDonald's was closing. I was hoping they would still take our order and they did. We weren't expecting much as we had both worked for fast food chains in our teenage years. We expected nuggets that had been sitting out for awhile and tired lackluster service. Instead we were surprised to get the nicest friendly guy who made our nuggets fresh even as the lights were already turned off. I dont remember his name but he was wearing a rustic themed mask with deer on it. My friend and I talked about going back to give him a nice tip because he was that awesome. Unfortunately we were in a hurry so he didn't get that tip but if you happen to read this, thank you so much for being more than we expected you to be McDonald's...
