McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

This morning, I Used the lobby and their kiosk, and in an attempt to finish and pay, got stuck. Stood at the counter waiting to be helped and made eye contact with young lady, who was standing around possibly waiting to complete an order. I called her and she completely ignored me. Another young man passed by and was going to ignore the fact that i was standing at the register but he did come back as i called him over. He explained and we closed the sale on the kiosk. I had a talk with the female manager and mentioned why, not only do they not provide one-on-one counter service, but mcdonalds employees at this location (Pellicano) completely ignores its customers for the simple fact that they have a kiosk system. I should mention the manager walked past me as i was ordering, a simple acknowledgement as she walked past would have been great, but that explains their customer service,...

Food was okay pretty standard McDonald's quality but the service inside was HORRIBLE, there was literally no one at the front I was there for a pick up and my food was just sitting there on the counter where anyone could've taken it which I'm glad no one did. I placed the order online yet forgot to get a Mcflurry for my younger sibling and I at the time, it took 15 minutes for one of the employees to notice me. Pretty reasonable when they have cars over at the drive thru yet when you look in the back there are employees who aren't working at the drive thru just talking just completely ignoring the front. After I get my ice creams I have to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes just for an employee that's leaving to get me a drink carrier! If you do end up going here just go through drive you'll get terrible...

MISTAKE: I made a mistake and went back to this McDonald's. I placed the same order i always place at McDonald's so that I have something to snack on over the week. So again I placed an order for 10 double cheese burgers with no pickles, no mustard, no salt and Extra Onions. Well I got 10 burgers with pickles, mustard, salt and NO ONIONS. #6. @ 11:55 4-28-2025 ‐----------------------------------------- I ordered 10 double cheese burgers all made the same way. Granted, they WERE all made the same way. I ordered them with No Pickles, No Mustard, No Salt, and Extra Onions. Well, they had No Pickles, No Mustard, and NO ONIONS. I guess they were easier to make without the onions. That to me is what makes these taste good. So I got hosed on this visit. I even gave a tip. I parked in curbside #6. @...
