Mi Pueblo — Restaurant in Texas

Well first of all I'm not complaining about the service, our server was good but she could of been better if she would of had some help. She was the only one serving tables and not only serving but also charging and paying out the customers. I realized all that when my family and I were sitting there for about 10 minutes and we were not the only customers waiting to get served but because she was busy paying out customers she couldn't serve her tables. In the other hand I saw one Hispanic guy coming out of the kitchen walking around like if he saw what was going on but didnt even care to help her. I kid you not there was about 6 tables dirty with food and drinks and not once did he lift up a dirty plate!!! Laziness that's what I call it, if you ask me. He knew she was busy!!! So about 10 to 15 min pass by and he comes around and helped her with one table. Anyways our time there our server was apologizing for the service she's was giving us. So my wife told her it wasn't her fault nobody was helping you!! So we asked her who was that Hispanic guy walking around and she told us the owner and we were in shock!! He sure doesn't know what team work is and doesn't care about his business!!!! What a horrible business to work for!! We will definitely never return to...

Greeted by a very rude young man that I thought would seat me, but apparently it's a seat yourself place...how was I to just know that? Took a seat waited about 10 mins before I was provided a menu or silverware or napkins. Waitstaff took my drink order and then came back to take my order. At least she nice, and provided good service. Food came quickly, was piping hot. However, I quickly discovered the dish I ordered was just too greasy for my liking. Two enchiladas and beef taco, rice and beans. Beef enchilada was good taco was too. Cheese enchilada was just too much grease. Beans were lacking flavor. Rice was ok. Salsa and chips nothing special. Best touch was second refill of sweet tea was delivered with a to-go cup and I made my exit stopping to pay for my meal with the rude young man at the register. Not many places to eat at in Andrews and I certainly won't be coming back to this restaurant. Locals might enjoy it, but not somewhere I felt welcomed or want to spend my hard earned money at for rude people...

Came with my family to eat at this restaurant. Was not happy at all. My dad ask about a fish plate. He ask if it was a full filet fish. The waitress didnt know so then another waitress came and said yes. So my dad order it . When he got his plate they gave him 3 small bread fish. That's not wht he ask for. I told the waitress and she said they are 3 small full pieces of fish.. Guess they dont know what's in there menu . Menu does explain nothing .It only said( fish plate) not what it comes with if it fried or bread nothing. The owner was in the back cooking which I could see her asking the waitress what happened.. She made a face and said oh well and kept cooking. My plate had a black hair in my beans. The server didn't come and check on us till we where leaving for our ticket..
