Where to start!! Stopped on the way to Lubbock biggest mistake ever!!! Went thru the drive thru and repeated my order 3-4 times. We got our food I had ordered 2 cheese burger plain, got them they had mustard and ketchup also told them my two side that came with my other meal was missing . I told the lady at the window sent it back both came back really burnt with the ketchup and mustard still on them. I asked for a side of grated cheese got queso but let that slide and kept it. At this point I was over it, we had been at the window about 25 minutes. I asked for a refund for the burgers, another lady came and was speaking English she started speaking Spanish im not fluent in Spanish I told her I don’t speak Spanish cause I can’t hold a conversation in Spanish. She told me she would call the cops told her go for it I did nothing but want the food I PAID for and want the food I ordered and paid for the way we wanted. So told hi for call them!! Told me I was a white Mexican so I told her we were in America and maybe she should speak English or go back to window! She gave me a $20 I still was missing half of my food, she left me at the window and didn’t come back. I went in and demanded my money back. A man came out told me I was a bad person and pointed to the customers in line and said those good people those good people and then told me to stay quiet I told him no I want my money and I would leave as o didn’t want the food now. He proceeded to tell me that I probably didn’t work and I really don’t know if I do or don’t work that is any of his problem, but let me assure you I do work. Also told me to not come back which I gladly will never return! Just cause I’m Hispanic does not mean I HAVE to speak Spanish!! I’m in America...

We just left this place! ordered $60 bucks in food to go asked for a small container to get a few things for our salad off the salsa bar and we were told it costs extra to get stuff from the salsa bar for to go orders I.e. cucumbers,onions etc. ok that’s fine. The price went from 5 bucks and she just kept adding and adding stuff she wanted to charge us over 15 bucks. Like if you charge extra for it, you would think it would be a set price? We said oh no. That’s a lot of money for items that are usually free. We ordered a fajita plate no bell peppers it looks like they added extra bell peppers. Also ordered a taco salad kinda plain with no quac, sour cream or pico and refried beans instead of charro beans: well it had it all including rice. The chicken and beans were cold. The lady that was there looked like she ate poop for breakfast and was just plain rude. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice. I just moved here from Memphis Tennessee and tried them the other day, and their grilled chicken WAS really good so I decided to go back while my car was in the shop and used doordash. For whatever reason they send us dog food that was supposed to be carne asada, ice cold chicken, and somehow managed to forget the drinks. The incompetent cashier chick then proceeded to tell me there wasn't a manager, and a refund isn't possible. I'm really disgusted and disappointed. Guess you have to drive up there to get anything worth paying for. Edit: I wasn't gonna mention this but my fiance says it's relevant.
