Oak Hill Social Coffee & Cocktails — Restaurant in Texas

Pretty sure I just found the most perfect place to bring my laptop to work, bring friends for a day out or even just crochet while enjoying a beautiful patio space! While ordering, the bartender was super helpful in describing the specialty cocktails, and noted that they also offered non-alcoholic cocktails (mocktails) as well. Which I am not always in the mood for alcohol so this an immediate winner for me as I got the Cucumber Cooler mocktail. I also ordered a Strawberry Smash and Pulpardino with a caprese sandwich. The bartender explained that the caprese sandwich unlocked a nostalgic childhood memory and the sandwich was just a classy and comfort option. So in the words of a zillenial, I said 'Say less'. The drinks were fantastic and would totally order a pitcher of the Cucumber Cooler if they ever had that option because it was perfectly refreshing in every way possible! And I will continue having dreams of the Caprese Sandwich, the bartender really knew how to sell that sandwich and so glad I ordered it. It honestly was a perfect afternoon as the speaker music wasn't too loud, so you could still enjoy the music while talking at a regular level with friends. Will be returning on the regular for the great atmosphere and set up as it is a place to sit comfortably for hours to complete some work while not feeling like I am overspending on drinks and food! 15/10 would recommend...

I've been here 3 times and every time something has gone wrong. First time they made an iced latte with spoiled milk. Which, obviously, was pretty gross. Second time, I placed an online order for to-go cocktails. Order said they'd be ready in 10 mins. When I showed up 30 minutes later the drinks weren't ready and they had no idea I had placed an order. They then tried to give me the drinks in glassware, and I had to remind them it was a to-go order.

Today, I stopped in to order coffee at noon. The inside was about 3/4 full, and there was one table with people at it outside and around 30 empty tables. I waited in line for about 10 minutes and then when I got to the front to order, I was told they're not taking orders because the kitchen is backed up. Which, for one, it wasn't that busy, but more frustrating is they could have just told everyone waiting in line about the situation instead of wasting our time.

I don't know what's going on with this place but it's not going to last long. I've tried to give this place a fair shake but have had a horrible experience every time and won't...

went here to meet someone on fb marketplace and the person said it’s a good spot so after the transaction my dog and i went inside to get a drink of water and some food.

let me start off with the employees! they were so nice and welcoming. i’m not from austin and drove 2 hours so i was tired and had no idea how this place works. but they welcomed my dog and i! they got my dog a fresh bowl of water and some dog treats and they took my order!

i got the smash burger with fries on the side and let me tell you, this was one of the best burgers ive ever had! and it came out in like 5 minutes! the fries were good with coarse cracked pepper and salt!

the atmosphere was really nice! booths, tables, and couches. i’ve never been to a social spot ever but this just set the bar really high from now on. thank you to the employee that was really kind to me and gave me some good food suggestions.
