Original Italian Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Really wanted pizza, really didn’t want to drive very far. Which totally worked out in my favor!! This was my first time ordering from Original Italian Pizza and I was not disappointed! I ordered a large Margherita pizza and fried mushrooms. My order was ready when I arrived, and still hot when I got home. The fried mushrooms had a thicker coating than I typically like, but these were good and I could taste the mushrooms in every bite, and You can’t go wrong with ranch. I appreciated the option to choose hand tossed or thin crust and went with thin. I was pleased when I opened the box and found 8 large slices of pizza! Some of the larger chains tend to cut up thin crust pizza in those little squares. Well this is not one of those larger chains, it’s so much better. One of the best Margherita pizzas I’ve ever had! And my Dads a New Yorker so I’ve been eating good pizza all my life. I ate until I was full and am looking forward to the leftovers, in fact, I might just go eat another piece now after I post this. Extremely Ok Pizza, Long Delivery time, Card Reader didn’t work and I had to pay cash. Driver had little change.

XL Pepperoni pizza- Average, fine to eat , nothing to write home about.

Med Supreme Pizza- Had a ton of toppings, yet didn’t really taste like anything, we assume either old toppings/ low quality or something that comes from a bag, either way not great. Average is a compliment for this pizza.

Small Buffalo Pizza- Tasted like BBQ sauce, was spicy, very weird. Hard to call it Bad or Average because it was just super weird.

Price- For Pizza on Par with A late night Pizzahut and slightly below Dominoes in flavor this pizza is Overpriced by a lot considering how much competition there is in the area.

I ordered the seafood basket and jalapeno cheese peppers. I would say the cheese peppers is the only thing I liked. They were golden brown,crispy and fresh. The seafood basket on the other hand was not good at all !! The meal taste frozen I'm so disappointed. It consist of about 5 shrimp and 2 battered fish. Both was very over cooked and the fries were hot but didn't have a fresh taste. It really sucks to spend so much on food,delivery,tips and tax fees rounding up to about $26 for something that was awful. I will definitely order again trying something different but as of now I have food I can't enjoy and money wasted.
