Pam's Too — Restaurant in Texas

We have been to this establishment a number of times. We love the food and the service, definitely one of the best breakfast spots in town! Until today when we walked in and the server at the cash register looked at my husband and I and our newborn in the car seat - sound asleep mind you - and said to the customer in front of her “oh that guy is going to have to get out of here cause I can’t handle a screaming baby right now” He, as I said, was sound asleep and in no way was being disruptive. My husband heard her and said okay we will find somewhere else to go then, we walked out and she came running after us saying that she “wasn’t talking about us” but there wasn’t another child in the restaurant . She proceeded to try and explain however we were already out the door at our car. It’s unfortunate because we truly enjoy it here, however if that’s their stance on families with children, that are being well behaved then we will find somewhere else to...

Absolute worst food, service and experience. Waitress Brandy walked right by us to wait on a table that came in after us all because she knew them, she was rude and very short with me with attitude. The manager kept distracting my son while I was trying to feed him, food was very under seasoned and nothing to brag about, I didn't even eat half of it. Just wanted to have a nice breakfast with my son for Mother's Day and am very disappointed with our experience. Brandy dropped the check with the food and never came back to check on us. We were only given 1 set of utensils to eat with and no extra napkins. Upon closing out our check, I was told the total was one amount and then my card was charged another amount. We will not be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone ever. I was really hoping after not visiting this location for years that things would have been better, but they in fact were even worse...

Burger was good for the price, fries were a little too done for my liking . But that was not a issue. My issue is with the unfriendly waitress who had a look on her face when coming to my table that made me feel like I was a bother to her. She barely smiled or Said a word. Took out her pad and paper and looked at my friend and I as if we were supposed to just start spouting off what we wanted. Barely spoke 2 words to us. When bringing our food, she placed it on the table, laid down our checks and walked away. Did not ask if we needed anything else and Has not come back to check on us since giving our food. This is my first time eating here, so maybe she is just having a bad day...... who knows. What I do know is that a smile goes a long way and definately would have made my day brighter.
