PUPUSERIA Y TAQUERÍA MENDEZ #1 — Restaurant in Texas

The food is always great! The food isn’t the problem i have. My problem is the young ladies that work there! They seem to always have an attitude!! They always sound irritated when I’m not understanding what they’re saying. And for the past two Mondays , they haven’t been honoring their $1 taco Monday. I asked (last Monday) why they didn’t have tacos $1 and the girl acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying. This Monday , I asked the same thing and she said “we just don’t”.

The food also ALWAYS takes forever… even when i call-in orders , im usually still waiting when I get there. The smell is HORRIBLE!!! It smells like sewer every time I go up there. I try to order in advance so i won’t have to smell it… I used to get tacos every week but I won’t be buying as much for the new year. Like I said , the food is always bomb! i tried this place out bc the reviews were good concerning the taste of the food, the meat smelled good when you approached the truck, however it took about 25 mins to get my food, mind you it was 2 breakfast tacos 🫠 when i got my tacos and ate them, they were bland af and barely tasted like chorizo, also didn’t have any beans in the taco or anything for 3$ each 🫠maybe the lunch items are a hit but i’d definitely pass on the breakfast, to top it off the ladies were rude af! go ACROSS THE STREET, the tacos there are cheaper and actually taste a lot better, more filling and have beans on it, oh yea and u wont be waiting for 25 mins 😐 that’s what i get for trying...
