Rios Barbacoa #15 — Restaurant in Texas

This place was filthy. The door, upon entering, you can tell has very visible several gross smears from people touching the door. There is a streak of black running along the tile floor into the back counter. And by the inside doorway there was dirt and pieces of trash. I could not bring myself to eat from here seeing the disgusting atmosphere of the front of the restaurant. If this is what the lobby looks like, I can only imagine the back where the food is prepared will look like! I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and told the young man all the complaints about his establishment. His explanation was the streak on the floor was due to heavy shipment dragged into the place. I certainty hope they put more cleaning and care into their restaurant if they intend to keep their customers...

The food is always cold and we still go there because its close. Well as of today wont be returning. Placed my order according to thier specials they have largely printed on the wall, they ran out of product thats listed on THIER boars and take it upon themselves to conjure up a mixture of specials that actually costs more. When mentioning that i was concerned the staff thwn said well its a special...soooooo.... basically its a special deal with it... i told them i wouldnt return based off thier practices and she snickered as i was leaving.... dont patronize this establishment... food and service are horrible... ill just drive a littlw more and get treated better by another establishment.... thank you...

I have been ordering for this restaurant for 5 year very disappointed today I order and had Uber delivery today. Ordered my usual family combo with an over priced avocado of $3 and only got meat and salsa. No tortillas or avocado. The best part of my breakfast. I dispute on Uber eats and they denied my dispute. I paid $30 for order and delivery and I can’t believe after 5 years I have been disappointed....
