Customer service was not ideal and would not return to this location. I had a coupon for a 24-oz drink and asked to get a smaller size (kid size) instead and was told I could not do that. That makes no sense as that would actually save the company money by providing a smaller drink size than what the coupon stated. My kids drink water, not junk - the only reason we ended up here was because of the coupon the school gave out today. Therefore, I do not want them drinking more junk than they need to. This was not honored. I was told “they don’t have to drink all of it”.
This same coupon was given out to all kids at my kids’ school. My daughter was given a coupon. My son was not given the coupon (which I acknowledge is the school’s fault, not Swig). No, he did not lose it - he is in pre-k and all documents go into his folder by the teacher. I asked if they could still honor it and I could provide documentation that he was enrolled at this campus. I was told no. If this was a school wide initiative, I don’t see how this would not be honored as this is not my fault my other child was not provided with a coupon and they clearly provided a free drink to every child on the campus - therefore it was budgeted and accounted for already.
Considering I asked for a smaller size originally, this could have sufficed for both drinks from a cost perspective of the company. I have also worked many jobs in the restaurant business and this could have and should have been handled much differently. Absurd and will not return.
I will add that the cashier was very friendly and this is not a negative review for her...
Read moreI have been going here 3-4 times a week since the store opened and honestly I think I am done. The last few weeks, one or both of our drinks were wrong for every order. I’m not the type of person to ask for it redone usually, but it keeps happening.
Today, I ordered two drinks and between the two drinks, they got it wrong 4 times. I confirmed the ingredients of the drinks while ordering because it had been done wrong before (princess peach: Dr Pepper, peach and coconut cream and the strawberry breeze) and was given some faces and told they know how to make it. When the drinks came out wrong, I told them what was in the drinks I ordered and it kept coming out wrong. the second to last time a drink came out, it was 100% different drink, not even close to what I ordered. I walked in after coming out of the drive thru with the wrong drink (all of this had been done through the drive thru) and was told that I should check with my husband (he is in a different state) because he has my drink. They finally got it right this last time.
It’s so disappointing because I loved this place, but it’s too expensive to have it wrong every...
Read moreI’ve ordered from Swig several times through DoorDash, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The main issue seems to be with how online orders are handled. Based on conversations with multiple delivery drivers, it appears that Swig employees don’t start preparing DoorDash orders until the driver arrives at the store. On top of that, if drive-thru customers show up, those orders are prioritized—leaving delivery drivers waiting around 10–15 minutes, sometimes even longer, just to pick up a single drink.
As a result, by the time my order finally gets delivered, the drinks are often warm and don’t taste right. This defeats the whole purpose of using a delivery service, especially when Swig is known for its refreshing, cold drinks. I hope Swig reconsiders how they handle online and delivery orders, because right now, the system isn’t working for online...
