Subway — Restaurant in Texas

SO, today my son and I stopped here to get lunch. My son leaned on the glass divider and it fell over, (like it closed downward) hurting an employee's arm. The manager threatened to call the police on my 9 year old child because he leaned on the glass. The glass was supposed to be held in place by a little bar that locks into place to hold the glass up, however the manager admitted to not wanting to lock it into place becuase he once had to pay a lot of money to replace the entire glass after someone fell on the glass which caused the locking mechanism to crack the glass. So to avoid having to pay for another possible cracked glass, he choice not to secure the divider in place and then blamed my child for hurting his worker. Had the divider been locked into place like it was designed to be, then his worker would not have gotten hurt. He chose to save money instead of protecting his employees. SO, instead of calling the poice on my child, his worker needs to file a workers comp. claim against his business and or call a lawyer. I wonder if he would have threatened to call the police on a White, Asian, or Indian child? I'm sure the...

I got two foot long sandwiches the guy tried to upsell me to the meal I said no thanks tried to get my girl to add bacon Then I get to the receipt and it’s 24$ he charged 9.99 for my wife’s sandwich And 2$ extra for the mozzarella and he made my sandwhich a meal cause I got a bag of chips and a drink but the way he did it he did like the drink and chips separate I don’t know all I know is my wife and I usually get the same exact thing we get every time and this time it was 6$ more than usual

Management does not care about their customers. I ordered on the app to save time and when I arrived to pick up my order, the store was empty. I gave the the manager my name, and he said I had to wait, because "the ticket says I still have time". I thought he was joking, until two customers walked in and he proceeded to make their food , even after they told him to make mine first. He told them "No, I have all of the time to make his food". I asked for a refund, because at that point I was in a hurry, so he told me he would refund my money. He did not refund my money. This location is run by a thief and a liar.
